Title: Haircut

Y/n's POV

We had gotten back from am expedition about a week ago. Levi got injured. I was going to change his bandages when I saw him trying to cut his hair

"Levi, what are you doing? You're injured" I say as I take the scissors from him

"Hey, give those back" He says as he glares at me

"No, now sit up so I can change your bandages. He sits up and I change his bandages

"Now give me the scissors" He says. I shake my head.

"No I'll cut your hair" I say as I grab the scissors

"No, I'm doing it" He says

"Stop it and let me cut your hair" I say

"No, you'll do it wrong" He says

"No I won't. I cut Hange's hair because he's incapable of holding scissors without trying to stab a titan" I say as I begin cutting his hair. He sighs. I began snipping at his hair. I then hear him start sniffling. I stop

"Are you alright?" I ask as I turn his head so he's looking at me

"I'm fine" He says as he glares at me. His eyes are tearing up

"Did I cut you on accident?!" I ask

"No" He says

"Then what is it?" I ask

"My mom used to cut my hair. Hurry it up!" He says. My eyes soften as I continue cutting his hair. I finish and he wipes his tears

"You saw nothing" He says as he glares at me. I put down the scissors and slowly bring him into a hug.

"It's okay to cry Levi. I won't tell anyone" I say as I run my fingers through his hair. He begins sobbing into my chest

"It's alright, it's alright" I say. Hange quietly opens the door and I give him a look that rivals Levi's glare. He quickly and quietly closes the door and runs away. I continue running my fingers through his hair

"Can you tell me about your mother?" I ask

"She was pretty... I can't really remember her... she died when I was young..." He says as he continues to cry

"I bet she's proud of you. Look at how far you've made it' I say softly. He starts to calm down

"I bet your mother is happy to see you out of the underground" I say. He nods

"My mom.... she would've liked you" He says. I smile softly

"I hope so" I say

"Thank...you" He says quietly

"Of course" I say as I stand up. He grabs my hand. I turn to look at him

"Please stay.." He says. My eyes soften

"I'll be right back. I'm gonna get us some tea" I say as I go to move. He grips my hand harder

"Please" He asks. I sigh and sit back down

"Alright alright. You win" I say as I lay down next to him. He lays his head on my chest. I run my fingers through his hair again. I can tell he's on the verge of sleep.

Now that I think about Levi doesn't sleep that much

"Good night Levi" I say as I continue running my fingers through his hair

"I love... you" He says quietly as he falls asleep
