Y/n's POV

I was walking to Porco's house. The minute I got to the doorway my legs gave out. I shakily got up as I knocked on the door. The door opened and I saw Porco.

"Y/n, what are you doing here?" He asks. I smile softly

"What? I'm not allowed to visit my boyfriend?" I ask as I struggle to stay standing. Luckily he didn't notice. He invites me inside. I shakily walk to the couch and sit down. He sits next to me and I wrap my arms around him. His face turns red

"You're very touchy today" He says embarrassed

"I enjoy watching you get flustered" I say smirking. He looks away

"S-stop it" He mutters. I giggle. I then feel the urge to cough. I remove myself from Porco and cough into my hand. I look at my hand to see red liquid

"Y-Y/n?!" Porco asks concerned. I frowned but then smiled again

"Are you alright?" He asks

"Yeah, it's nothing serious" I say. He gets up and heads to the kitchen. My smile drops and I frown once more

Porco...

I hear footsteps come back in and a smile appears on my face once more.

"Here" He says handing me a rag. I clean my hand and mouth.

"Thank you" I say

"What's going on with you?" He asks

"It's nothing, I'm fine" I say. He looks unconvinced but drops it. My throat becomes dry. I stand up from the couch to grab some water but my legs give out and I fall onto the ground.

"Y/n, you need to tell me what's wrong" Porco says as he helps me stand

"I'm fine, I'm just thirsty" I say. He walks me to kitchen and I grab a cup. I then fill it with water. My head begins to pound causing me to drop the cup. It shatters onto the ground as water splashes everywhere. I felt like I couldn't breathe as I began to cough blood once more. This time it wasn't once it just continued.

"Y/n?!" Porco asks nervous and confused. I give him a weak smile as I wrap my arms around him

"You're scaring me, please tell me what's going on!" Porco pleads. My vision begins to go in and out

"You know.. I love you right?" I ask

"Of course I do... why are you asking me that?!" He asks. I kiss him briefly. He kisses back and we break apart

"Can.. you hold me?" I ask as I feel myself get weaker and weaker. He wraps his arms around me

"Y/n, what's going on?!" He asks as his voice cracks. I felt cold, so cold.. even with Porco's embrace... I felt frozen

"I'm... sorry..." I mutter as tears stream down my face. I could no longer see

"Why are you sorry?! You haven't done anything!" He says as tears stream down his face

Please.. don't forget me...

"My.. 13.. years... They're up... Remember... m..e.... p.l..ea..s..."

Porco's POV

Tears were falling down my face as I processed her words.

N-no

I felt her body go limp. I couldn't hear her breathing anymore. I laid her on the ground as I kneeled beside her. Staring at her lifeless body

"No..." I say as I cup her cheek

"Wake up! Please! You can't leave me too... I need you..." I say as I hug her dead body. Loud sobs come from me.

"Y/n... you were all I had left..."
