Reyna's pov
I worriedly watched as Aleria ran up into the bathroom but I didn't follow her.
"What's this quest about?" Miles asked Jason looking as worried as I felt.
"Um.." Jason wouldn't tell Miles about the quest. At least not the truth because this was the only way Aleria could get her happy ending and I would have a shot at mine. Venus may be a bitch but she swore she would help me if I went on this quest.
"It's upon request of your grandmother Venus. Or since you're part Greek Aphrodite. That's all we can say" I answered for Jason trying to sound confident.
"But don't three usually go on a quest?" Miles asked persistently. I didn't want to explain why it had to be Jason and I because I hadn't even explained that part to Jason.
"It's a hard thing to explain but I believe this quest is an exception" I said and Miles just nodded quietly.
"We have to go tonight though. We'll be gone for a week or two. We'll be following the trail Venus lays out for us and retrieve something of great importance to her." Jason looked at Miles with a sorry look.
"We'll get our things and leave. Please take care of my daughter" I knew that was something huge to ask for yet I couldn't help but ask. Especially because I didn't know what would happen on this quest only that it would be my last and my daughter would finally be able to be happy.
"Don't worry I will" Miles stepped into the house and ran towards Aleria's room as Jason and I followed in order to create a pack for each of us for the quest that could change my daughter's life forever
