Max started running and of course Val continued to chase after him, almost catching up to the poor runt of a kid.
Valentino did not like running though, he was too slow for him. Max however has always been running his whole life, away from his mom, dad, bullies, etc. You name it and he'd surely already ran away from it. He should definitely be on the track team
The small boy ran and ran down the hallway and into the bedroom, he slammed the door closed and locked the door. By the end of this he was puffed out, it was too much exercise for him for one day right now, he could be in bed sleeping peacefully but no, he had to be stupid and rile Val up.
