The League
Thalia held up her two newborns up to Ra's. Ra's looked at the first one, Damian, and smiled, "He will be the heir to the demon's throne". He turned to the girl and frowned. He saw no potential in her. Her eyes were closed as she was asleep. Damian on the other hand was crying, and boy was he loud. "Kill the girl or give it away or something, she can't be the heir to the Demon's throne!" Ra's shouted.
Thalia was angry at her father, "No. Lady Shiva will train her." Thalia said stroking Mari's cheek.
Ra's was not happy with his daughter's choice but will tolerate her decision as Lady Shiva was one of the most ruthless of the trainers in the league.
2 years later
For the past year, no one has seen Mari's eyes. Not even her own mother, brother, or grandfather has seen her eye color. She is either playing alone with her toys or sleeping.
