harry and addys eyes met. deep brown piercing into forest green mesmerised by each other. both hearts skipping a beat at the sight of each other.

"mind if we sit here all the other compartments are full" ron spoke looking between to two

"yeah sure" harry smiled breaking eye contact

"i'm ron by the way this is my twin sister" he pointed to addy who weakly smiled back putting her luggage in by stepping on the seat, her 4'11 height not helping here

"addy" she smiled

"harry potter" he smiled

"harry, harry potter as in the harry potter with the scar" addelaine gaped

"i guess" harry shyly smiled

"do you really have it. the scar"ron asked. harry chuckled and showed his
forehead

"wicked" ron breathed

"honestly ronald keep your mouth open any longer you'll be eating his face off"

"shush addy your acting like your not surprised"

"well you see ronald, that's the thing, i have the human decency to not to gape at someone when there right infront of us" ron huffed in defeat. harry smirked at addelaine.

"so what house do you think you'll be in" ron said trying to change the topic

"house? like semi-detached ?"

"merlin this boy" addy rolled her eyes "no like gryffindor, hufflepuff, ravenclaw and slytherin" harry look around confused "red, yellow, blue and green ties"

"honestly addy. stop acting like he's an idiot he proberly doesn't know what your on about" ron glared at his twin

"yeah sorry i have no idea" harry admitted sheepishly

"so there are houses. gryffindor is mainly known for being brave or courageous. hufflepuff are mainly friendship and being loyal. ravenclaw is wisdom or wit and lastly slytherin. slytherin is evil. just evil" ron said making dramatic air signs with his hands

"shut up ron not all slytherins are evil you twerp" addy reasoned

"name one good one. gwon i'm waiting"

"merlin. he was slytherin and he's good"

"he's like the romeo and juliet of slytherin. the exception but i'm telling you name another because i bet you can't"

"slytherins are resourceful and have leadership skills. if there was a war or battle you'd want them on your team. i'm telling you they'd find some way to save you even if it's from i don't know a piece of string" addy said completely ignoring her idiotic brother

"yeah no wonder you-know-who wanted them on his team"

"just stop talking ronald your making my ears numb with your annoying high-pitched voice. are you sure your not the female twin" ron groaned to himself after loosing again. 'why is it always her that wins the arguments' ron thought

"right..." harry trailed on his word

"is that your owl, it's beautiful" addelaine complimented changing the topic once again

"thanks i just got it from diagon alley" he blushed at the girl

"we went there the other week didn't we addy but we didn't get any pets i already have scabbers it's my brothers old rat we couldn't aff-" ron begins before addelaine elbows him in the rib

"could afford to ruin another carpet with rat scratches all over it" addy smoothly improvised

"this is my first pet ever i never really got presents, to be honest with you, the muggles i lived with only gave me hand me downs from my cousin and his old 3 year old toys they couldnt sell to the neighbours" harry admitted picking up on the pieces on why ron's clothes look old and worn and why they only have a hand me down pet and the fact addy elbowed him halfway through his sentence looking very embarrassed.
