He Can And Will Kill You

present !

It had been a little while since Five left the three of them to talk amongst them selves. Maria had already come up with a nickname for Elliott. Maria and Caleb had found a baseball and they were throwing it back and forth. Five had come back and Caleb decided to greet him in a very annoying way. "Hey look, the man child's back!"

"It's scary how alike you two are." Caleb and Maria looked at each other and smiled a bit. Five was looking at the picture Elliott had of the rest of the academy. "Elliott, did you develop these photos yourself?"

"Of course. Can't exactly drop that stuff off at the neighborhood Fotomat. Government has eyes everywhere." Five turned around to look at Elliott. "I didn't see a darkroom."

"Yeah, I converted the hallway closet."

"Can you develop this?" Five handed Elliott a piece of footage with a label that said 'Frankel Footage'. "Hmm? Huh. Frankel Footage. Friends of yours?"

"Cousins on my robot mother's side." Maria let out a little laugh and threw the baseball back at Caleb. "Can you do it or not?"

"Sure I can."

"How long?"

"Well I mean, I'm running low on acetic acid. Beeker's Cameras is open today, but it's two miles away. I mean, I'd have to take the bus. On the other hand, Gibson's is only ten blocks away, but I gotta cut through the park, and there's pigeons..." Five was getting impatient with Elliott's rambling. "Elliott."

"It's like five maybe six hours." Elliott's radio then came on announcing some sort of code. Caleb caught the ball and held onto it until the radio stopped. "Attention all units, we have a  code 3-15 at the Holbrook Sanitarium."

"The hell is a 3-15?" Maria then spoke up. "Fugitives on the run."

Five looked at her concerned as to why she knew what that was. "Hey, you don't know what I've been up to for the past four and a half years."

"Twenty Five patients still at large. Many are considered to be armed and dangerous."

"Ooh, that sounds like Diego!"

"Oh, who's Diego?" Five had the perfect way to describe him so he interjected. "Imagine Batman, then aim lower. You get started on that film. I'll be back as soon as I can."

Before he could spacial jump away Maria spoke up. "Wait, are you going to get Diego?"

"No, I'm going to get coffee."

"Well, either way, can I come because you still owe me coffee."

"Sure." Caleb's face shifted to confusion. "Woah, woah, woah, woah you're gonna leave me here with this Looney Tune?"

"I'll be back as soon as possible."

"Bee, what do you expect me to say to this guy?"

"Just find common ground, I don't know. Maybe he would like to hear how many people you've killed and maybe one of them was an alien?"

She grabbed Five's hand and they spacial jumped away, leaving Caleb alone with Elliott. Elliott looked at Caleb and had two cups of coffee in his hands. "Coffee?" Caleb looked at him with that 'really' look.
