Welcome to my new book! Hello to people who haven't met me before, and hi to the people who have read my other books. I had people vote on two stories, and by the looks of it, this was the winner! (but I will do both) I hope you enjoy the story, but first I have a few notes.
1. Seeing as I've never been in an orphanage, or live in the US, I might get things wrong, and if I do I'm sorry. I don't really know anything about adoption or anything, but I'll try my best. Do understand that not everything will be accurate, so don't quote me on anything. If you have any tips, feel free to share them.
2. She speaks French, and when it comes up, it will appear in italics, with the translation after, looking like this,
Bonjour! Je m'appelle Abby! (Hello! My name is Abby!) Also it is Quebec French, as I'm Canadian (even though she was raised in France whoops), and I'll be using some Google translate.
3. This story doesn't follow any of the MCU storylines, movies or shows. We're going to pretend that no one died, and that everyone is safe and happy alright? No Endgame sadness here.
4. Some people will be described by only their hair colour and eye colour. Feel free to imagine them however you want. But I did try, (see the try) to describe Penny as Hawaiian. Did I do a good job? Eh maybe. Probably not. So if I need to make changes tell me, and I'm open to ideas on how to describe her better. (If you'd like an image of how I kinda see her, look up Auliʻi Cravalho, who voiced Moana)
5. In terms of a schedule, there is no schedule. Well kind of I guess. I'll try to update every week or so, but there's no specific day or time or anything. But I promise you won't have to wait like a month between chapters. I also have school so it will be harder to work on it often.
