Chapter19 Barrister Bondita wins the case

Starting from the last chapter.
Anirudh and Bondita both starts for the Shiv temple. Bondita who was walking bare footed got pricked by a thorn and her feet started bleeding.

Bondita: Ahhh!
Anirudh(panicking): Yeh kiya tumhari pair mein toh kata lag gayi..hey Dugga Ma khoon bhi nikal rahi hain...ruko main use nikal deta hoon.
Bondita: Nahi, nahi main thik hoon aap mere pair matt chuna. Apko pata nahi kiya pati parameshwar hote hain.
Anirudh: Achcha toh akhir main tum maan hi li ki main tumhari pati hoon.
Bondita: Kanuni aur samaj ke samne aap mere pati hain par asalme nahi hai.
Anirudh: Thik hain maan liya ki tum mujhe pati nahi mante ho par aab mujhe woh kata nikalne doh.
Bondita: par??
Anirudh: Koi par bar nahi agar patni ko pati ka pair chune se swarg milta hain toh pati ko kyu nahi.
Bondita: Thik hain nikal dijiye.

After  Anirudh removed the thorn he took Bondita by his arm although Bondita kept insisting she can walk but he is also Anirudh Roy Chowdhury who only listens to what his heart says him to. After reaching their Bondita completed the puja and they took the blessings of the priest.

Priest: Beti tum bohat jada bhagyashali ho ki tumhe aisa pati mila jo khud ki parwa na karke tumhe godh mein uthakar le aya.... Tum dono sirf ek janam ke liye nahi, saat janam ke liye nahi par har janam ke liye bane ho....Tum dono ka rishta sabse anokhi hain.... Beta jitna bar tumhara kal ayga utni bar hi tumhara kabach bankar khara hoga tumhara patni... Jitna bar tum dono alag hoge utni hi bar kismat tum dono ko fir ek karwange... Ess prem kahani ko khud Shiv ji aur Dugga Ma ne banay hain. Sadha khush rehna.
Anirudh and Bondita: Dhanyabad.

Both of them were just thinking of what the priest told throughout their journey to their home neither of them spoke nor did they argued. But the sudden break in the motor gadi brought them back into the reality. Anirudh went to his study whereas Bondita went to her room reluctantly. Kaka who observed this all was little confused and not knowing what to do just went to his daughter in laws room with food.

Kaka: Bahu main andar asakta hoon.
Bondita: Ji ayie na kakasasurji. Yeh bhi koi puchne wali baat hain.
Kaka: Dekho bahu ham tumhari kakasasurji hain aur tumhe bachpan se janta hoon isliye kuch chupao mat. Sach sach kaho kiya hua hain jo tum aur Anirudh itna gum, gum lag rahe ho.
Bondita: Nahi kakasasurji gum gum nahi par dube hue hain.
Kaka: Par kyu?
Bondita: Asalme (she tells what the priest said to them)
Kaka: Yeh baat hum toh jisdin tum ess ghar main apna pair rakhi thi take jante hain. Isme itna dube rehne ki baat kiya hain aur abh apna brat bhi khatam ho gaya toh khana kha lo.
Bondita: Patibabu ne bhi toh brat rakha tha na fir pehele mujhe unhe khilana padega.
Kaka: Thik hain jao khilao apni patibabu ko arey haan uske samne patibabu nahi barrister babu bolna nahi toh itne dino ka mehnat mein pani gir jayigi.
Bondita: Ji kakasurji.

Bondita goes with the plate to Anirudh's study where she finds him sleeping like a kid in the couch.

Bondita(caressing his forehead): Kitna cute lagta hain patibabu sote hue.
Anirudh:(got up and sat on the couch) Toh kiya jagta hua cute nahi lagta hoon.
Bondita: Yeh kiya aap so nahi rahe the barrister babu.
Anirudh: Nahi bas leta hua tha.
Bondita: Achcha choriye yeh bat..apke liye khana laya hoon kha lijiye. Mujhe bhuk lagi hain isliye main khane ja rahi hoon.(Anirudh stopped her)
Anirudh: Khane ke liye kaha ja rahi ho jab yaha khana hain.
Bondita: Yeh toh apka hain....
Anirudh: Ekdam chup aabh tab tak tumhe nahi jane dungi jab tak tum mere hato se khaogi aur mujhe bhi apne es mulayam hato se khilaogi.

Bondita had no chance left so she hesitantly fed him with her hands and ate from his hand too. After that Anirudh slept in his study reluctantly as Bondita didn't allowed to sleep with her in their room. The next day was a bright morning for everyone without Anirudh who need to fight the case without anyone of his family member at his side. Everyone went to the court by motor gadi after Ma Durgas arti except Bondita and Anirudh who has already left for the court.

Anirudh's POV
I reached the court after meeting with Abhishek and his aunt Misses Roopa Ganguly. After I had the conversation with Misses Ganguly I came to know she and Miss Gopa Ganguly, mother of Abhishek were childhood friends. The clock struck 10 and we were supposed to be their presenting our side to the judge. I stood their without any worry but what stunned me was my opponent barrister. Yes she is none other than Bondita. Her entry, her attitude, her greetings, and her that sarcastic smile made my legs shiver and go numb. She wasn't my that little Bondita but a independent woman who is a barrister at present.

Authors POV.
Judge: I would like to hear first barrister Bondita's point of view.
Bondita: Thank you my honor.
Janab jo peheli baat main kehna chahti woh hain Mr Trilochan Roy Chowdhury aur Miss Gopa Ganguly dono bohat khas dost the woh pyar bhi karte the parantu woh pyar sirf ek tarfa tha.

Dusri baat Abhishek ji Trilochan ji aur Gopa ji ke bete nahi hain par Sharma ji aur Gopa ji ki bete hain uska praman yeh medical report hain jaha likha hain ki Trilochan ji kabhi pita nahi ban sakte hain. Aur yeh tape recorder jisme Sharma ji aur Gopa ji ki baate hain jaha se pata chalta hain ki Sharma ji ne kaise Gopa ji ke sath jabardasti ki. Yeh tape recorder toh Gopa ji ki baba ne rakhi thi yeh sunne ke liye ki unke beti sachme koi admi se mila karte the yah nahi, kyuki unhe shak hua tha.

Tisri aur akhri baat Abhishek ji aur Roopa ji ko yeh sabh kuch pata tha par woh zamindar Trilochan ji ki property ko pane ke liye Trilochan ji ko galat teherane ki koshis. Iska bhi sakshi hain Roopa ji ki pati Raj ji.

(After listening to Raj's point of view the judge decided to even listen to Anirudh who was numb from the beginning without any objection because he didn't ever imagined this Bondita who was fighting for her client, her family.)

Judge: I really appreciate barrister Bondita's way of presenting her point of view and after hearing it I declare that Trilochan Roy Chowdhury to be not wrong but still I would like to hear from barrister ARC who never lossed any case before.
Anirudh: I accept that I am wrong.

Judge: Then after listening to both the Barristers the judge takes this decision that Miss Roopa and Master Abhishek is being jailed for the next 5 years and even Mr Sharma for the next 10 years because of raping Miss Gopa.

After that every RCs were happy.
Mayura: Muh mittha kijiye didi aap case jit gayi.(saying this she gave her two rosogullas)
Bondita: Doh kyu?
Prapti: Ek aap case jit gayi aur Kakasasurji thik pramanit hua aur dusra hain ki aap badi ma banne wali hain sirf ek ke nahi doh ke.
Bondita: Kya tum donoh Maa banne wali ho. Itna bara khush khabri hain toh sabko kehena padega.
Prapti: Sabko pata tha didi apke bina.
Mayura: Kyuki ham aapko eksath mein sabh khushi dena chah te the.
Bondita: Thank you.

Bondita goes to her room where Anirudh was already waiting for her.
Anirudh: Toh tum agayi.
Bondita: Haan patibabu mujhe aapse kuch kehna hain.
Anirudh: Mujhe bhi Bondita par pehele tum batao.
Bondita: Aaj tak maine jo bhi kiya woh sirf acting tha. Main apko abhi bhi pyar karti hoon aur apko pati bhi manti hoon. Yeh sabh toh main Abhishek ka bhanda phootne ke liye kiya tha. I love you very much.
Anirudh: Abh main kahu I am sorry maine tumpe aur kaka pe bishwas nahi kiya mujhe kaka paksh bhi sunna chahiye tha.
Bondita: Koi baat nahi patibabu galti toh sabse hoti hain.
Anirudh: Tum sachme sabse bohat achchi ho. Shotti! I love you.
Bondita:(hugging him) Too.

Anirudh hugged her too and then kissed her on her forehead. Then he took her by his arms and went to their room. That night was the best night for them.😍😍😍
