[] since whitty canonically was made in a facility, you were also made in there too

[] you were one of the failed experiments that the people kept around because basically you didn't cause much trouble near the administrators.

[] you stumbled across whitty's room and decided to just hang around with him.
[] he wasnt much of a talker, so you did most of the talking

[] you taught him how to say simple words, like "hi", "flower" etc.
[] because of this, whitty basically looked up to you like you were his bigger sibling

[] protective of you when you and him are near administrators 
[] didnt trust administrators that much

[] some administrators adored just seeing you two holding hands and walking through the facility's hall ways, and you're just showing him the way while he nods

[] yes, he is still taller than you even though you're both kids

[] anyways, angst time now
[] just know this isnt canon (what i'll be saying below), it's just me imagining random sh!t.

[] the facility was under breakdown, a giant outburst of fire happening and subjects and administrators were forced to escape the facility.
[] but, they were forced to leave the failed experiments behind

[] whitty was scooped by an administrator while he held his arm open out for you to grab
[] unfortunately for you, you were held back by a guard and shed a tear

[] "bye bye, whitty."
[] you were then consumed by the fire, as well as the many other failed experiments.

[] from then on, whitty escaped the facility and never ran back.
