Newt looks almost as if he was upset that I said that, I don't understand why that could possibly ever be a reaction to what I've just said,

In fact, the last thing I expected him to do was walk away as quickly as he did,

Seeming as I'm locked in the pit, I couldn't chase after him,

"Newt!" "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!"

He doesn't even turn back to look at me,

He storms off in a rush, but he made a mistake,

He forgot his jacket, it was just in my reach, outside the bars,

I stuck my hand through to pull it closer and when I do...

Keys to the slammer,

I turn around and somehow Thomas is still sound asleep, Anyway I don't waste anytime in quickly unlocking it and climbing out,

I ran in the direction Newt went, I didn't take any precautions making sure nobody would see me,

I'm sure they will see me, I'm not supposed to be out for another few hours but frankly I don't care, they can throw me in for another day if they feel the need,

I just need to talk to him.

I lost him, how the hell did I lose him already? Where could he possibly be?

Yes "our tree."

Not mine, not his. I invited him to a special place, we shared a special moment,

and then well one of the worst nights of my life came after that but besides the point.

When I think back to that night, I wonder what would have happened if Chuck hadn't interrupted,

He said he wanted to confess something,

What did he mean? Did I do something wrong? Is this why he's not talking to me?
