Part 25: Did I decide?

Everyone starts to slowing drift back off to whatever they were doing, leaving the tower one by one,

"Newt? Can we talk?" I ask hesitantly,

"Uhm yeah, sure."

He doesn't move, waiting for me to speak,

"Alone, maybe?"

"Oh, okay, sure."

I lead him near the edge of the trees, just behind so nobody would be able to ease drop on our conversation, this was one that needed to be had.

"What is it?" He asks,

"There's, uh, well, okay, there is something I've been needing to tell you, or you might already know this and if I tell you it might just sound stupid or, or maybe you don't even feel the same way, and now I think that I shouldn't even have said anything at all so this would probably just be~"

I ramble on and on before,

Newt cuts me off,

With a kiss.

When his lips met mine, my heart skipped a beat and my knees got weak,

This was so much more than the kiss with Thomas,

His lips were soft and god so warm, I melted into the kiss, The taste of him silenced all of my thoughts, The only thing I thought about was him.

My soulmate.

When we separated for air I pulled him in again, I never wanted this to end,

I claimed him as mine, I became aware of my fingers, already sliding a gentle hand under his shirt, deepening the kiss, I had to be as close as I could be, his tall frame towers over me as once again we separated,

I took my hand off of his chest, out from under his shirt,

I took a small step back,

"Newt..."

"Be mine." He blurts out,

Before I open my mouth, he speaks again,

"Will you.." he pauses,

"Be my girlfriend. I want you Y/n, Maybe it sounds selfish but I want you to belong to me, and I'll be yours, nobody else, just us."

"Yes."

"If you don't~ Wait? Yes?"

"Yes, Newt, I want to be yours."

He pulls me into a warm embrace, with so much love, he smells amazing, like fresh pine wood and a hint of sweat of course, he has been working outside all morning.

"I couldn't stand seeing you with him, the way he looks at you, nobody else gets to touch you, I don't even want them to look at you, you're mine love."

"All yours, Forever and Always."

I press my lips against his for a short gentle kiss,

He accepted happily.

He was all I wanted right now.

I'll probably decide something, I don't think this will be the end, I love this book and I don't ever want to end it. What's your ideas? Opinions? Although this would be a solid ending.... VOTE FOR MORE.
