"Kise-kun, Aomine-kun told me you weren't able to report today for your assignment on the Adarna bird," Kuroko had stated once they made themselves comfortable on the plastic chairs of the school cafeteria.
Apparently, news about Kise's utter failure in reporting even reached the team. All of them had mixed reactions, some not even giving a damn at the blonde's current situation. Fangirls of the model were screaming in the hallways when they saw him and had placards and billboards with his picture which really emphasized their support on him. Kise was lucky enough to get a second chance to report tomorrow, since when their terror of a teacher learned he hadn't done his report, the bell immediately rang which signalled the beginning of lunch break, and decided to move the reporting of chapters 6-10 tomorrow.
Was Kise relieved at the sudden changes of the schedule, but his anxiety from back then returned when he remembered he couldn't even summarize the whole chapter. They even needed to translate it into English since it was in Japanese, and they had to have at least stuck a picture of the magical bird which can cure the bedridden king in the story of their dreaded malady.
He was also having a problem since he had a photo shoot scheduled after classes for the next magazine he was going to be in.
By his calculations, he'll be arriving home late and might be too tired to even do it.
"I just wish a storm would whip up tomorrow and make classes suspended," was what Kise was hoping for. Sadly, weather in Japan was forecasted to be beautiful for this week. Much to the blonde's dismay. The blue-haired phantom that was seated right in front of him suggested to try his best to get home early after his photo shoot for him to finish it early, but he just pouted, stating how impossible it was. "That's impossible. Knowing them, it will take up hours before I can get home. Tell me, Kurokocchi, how am I suppose to do my report now?!"
Said bluenette tilted his head to the side, which the blonde thought to be as thought as cute (Kise is completely crazy over Kuroko, admit it). "Then, why don't you ask for some help? I'm sure you have at least a fangirl who can help you?" Came the phantom's advice.
Then, at that moment, a light bulb appeared over his head.
"Of course! The stranger from last night!"
By his sudden action, and by action, I mean when he suddenly pushed himself of the chair and stood up so forcefully which made even Kuroko shocked, said teen almost spat his drink at Kise.
A bead of sweat rolled down his cheek as he gulped down his favorite milkshake and decided to ask why on earth he did that. Ah, I forgot! Kurokochii doesn't know I sent my message for him to the wrong number. He hadn't mentioned the stranger from last night. But... I think it's better if I left it like that. It was unfair, of course. But, ignorance is bliss, after all (not). So, he decided to leave it as it is and just tell him that he has found a solution to his problem.
That day, after classes had finished and when Kise rushed to the company where he was working part-time at, he had decided to ask the stranger if they were still willing to help him. But, he had his doubts. Of course, they were considered to be strangers to each other, after all. There was no doubt they would talk to each other. Mosy likely since they haven't managed to meet each other face to face properly and haven't fully trusted each other. Besides...
"Why should I text them? They called me gay after all!"
... until now, Kise wasn't still over that topic.
What Kise wasn't expecting was a message from the stranger. It was about 6:18 PM at night, and the team was already wrapping up after finishing today's shoot.

RandomIt was all a big misunderstanding. A mistake. A wrong send. He had not meant to send those messages to that person, but, why was he replying to them, anyways, when he knew fairly well he should not talk to strangers? That, he doesn't know. Though, h...
