Chapter 18:Choices

Taylor knew something was wrong when she couldn't move. Even more so when she heard unfamiliar voices around her. "She is an innocent child"

"She is those monsters mate. It's just about time before she is just like them......a monster"

At that point Taylor forced her eyes opened and glanced around. She was in a dark room she didn't recognize. She tried sitting up but she couldn't. She was tied down ,unable to move anything but her head. The last thing she remembered was the date with Nicklaus and going to sleep

"Great your awake" a blonde witch walked into the room" I'm Genevievne "

Taylor simply stared at her. "Is that name suppose to mean something "

"Oh I guess not. I'm sorry about all this but we need you to take on the originals. They need to make a choice.family,friends,or you their darling mate " Genevievne frowned looking at her "I wish it didn't have to come to this. "

Growling Taylor tried to lunge at the witch "let me go,I don't want to play your stupid game" the anger she held could be easily seen in her eyes but that was just hiding her true feeling. Her fear that held not not only for herself but for her mates as well. Even Rebecca who sometimes acted like she ran the world

"Genevievne start the spell. Elijah has chosen Haley and Nicklaus has chosen vengeance. Rebecca is on the run the time is now" Taylor glanced towards the voice but the person was already fleeing the room

"I'm sorry ,I truly am" Genevievne mumbled before she closed her eyes and started chanting foreign words. All Taylor felt was pain as her body forcefully shifted into her coyote form. She was howling in pain at this point wishing for it all to end. When the pain finally stopped she had no energy get up even when she noticed the rope was ripped

"This is the same spell put on the wolves. Your forever stay this way until the full moon and then the cycle repeats" with that the witch left Taylor to her thoughts.

Her mates didn't choose her that much she knew. Her whole life she was never a choice. She couldn't believe she was beginning to trust the mikealsons. She knew now that was a mistake she would never make again.

Getting onto her feet she dashed out of the building she was held captive in. She could smell her mates and that's fueled her anger towards them. They were here and didn't come for her. Whining she turned and ran into the woods. She didn't know where she was going but anywhere was better then here.

It didn't take her long to make it to the compound where many vampires stood around confused. "Tay?"

Taylor smiled up at Marcel before following him inside. He confronted Nicklaus before Elijah threw him into a wall. She didn't have to think twice before she lunged at her mate. She easily ripped him of before standing in front of marcel ready to fight.

Marcel was the only family she needed. "Taylor stop this" Nicklaus snapped making his way downstairs

"I get it now, what the witches meant when she said make a choice" Marcel piped up smirking as if he won't about to die"you have to make choices out of love tonight or history repeats"

"Is there a point your getting too" Elijah questions fixing his suites

Marcel simply smiled and pointed at him"you chose to save the wolf and you-" marcel pointed at nick "was to blind by vengeance that you chose to go after your sister but none of you chose your mate. She smells just like the building we just came from meaning they use the spell I use for the wolves on her which is how history repeats"

Taylor honestly was surprised he figured it all out. Sitting down she nodded once he looked at her to confirm his story. "Here" marcel took out a vial" I was saving this just in case if I ever wanted the wolves back in human form but you need it now"

Taylor drunk the vial quickly and whine slightly when her body started to change back by force. The second she was in human form she threw on a short Marcel held out to herald turned to face her mates "you love hailey don't you" she questioned looking at Elijah

"Yes but I love you more"

"Stop with the bullshit ok. Hailey is a liar and she is using you but your too blind to see it and you-" Taylor looked at Nicklaus with a glare "I don't care what Rebecca did but she is your little sister and you attacked her. Honestly both of you grow the hell up and figure what the fuck you both want cause I'm no rebound or someone's second choice. I never have and I never will be. No more lies and no more secrets. Figure it the hell out of leave me the hell alone" Taylor all but screamed at the pair not caring about the other vampires the surrounded her. Turning on her heel she stormed off to her room while shooting a shocked Hailey a glare. She was going to end that bitch and it was just about good timing at this point
