"you're an dumbass, nick." clay, nick, and i are on a call together.
nick gasp, "are you feeling okay aoife, cause it seems that you lost your love for me." i can hear him pouting through the call.
"she has grown a liking for me." clay states. i can vision his little smirk.
"you both are dumbass'." i blankly say. cause it is true, they both are idiots. i feel my phone vibrate, signaling i got a notification.

i roll my eyes. "you two are idiots."
they both burst out in laughter, pleased with my annoyance. my phone vibrates once again. i look at it trying to ignore their taunting laughs.

"clay, nick." their laughter calms down at the sound of my panic.
"what's wrong bea?" clays voice soften.
"one of your friends found me." there is a silence that fills the call. nothing but clicking of their keyboards.
"karl?" nicks voice raises. "karl is flirting with aoife." nick states in a tattletale voice.
clay scoffs, "oh come on nick, he's just being nice."
i shake my head in agreement even though they can't see me.
"he did the little face." nick proclaims.
"he does that with everyone."
i butt-into their conversation, "what is your motive here, nick?"
"there is no motive here!" he states, defensively. "i'm just saying!"
i can hear a sigh of irritation, on clays end. wait a second. i smirk before speaking, "jealous clay?"
"i'm not jealous! what the hell!"
i bite my lip, trying to hold in my laughter. "okay, okay. if you say so." i hear little giggles on nicks end. so that was his motive, to make clay mad.
