Lev's pov

It's been 3 weeks since Yaku and I started seeing each other behind my girlfriend's back and to be honest, me and Yaku are having great times together. We have been going out on a lot of dates, spent the night at his house since we obviously can't spend the night at mine, and just having that non-toxic, happy relationship I've always wanted. But the only thing that worries me is that I almost don't know anything about Yaku. I know it sounds weird and yes I do know what his favorite food is and stuff like that but I don't know anything about his past or anything. I assumed that Yaku just didn't like talking about it and I respect that but I'm starting to think that he's just trying to avoid the subject. That's why I'm heading over to Yaku's place today and ask him about it.

Yaku and I actually lived a lot closer to each other than I thought so it's not really a problem for me to head over there without a car.

"Kaede? I'm heading out" I yelled

Kaede skipped down the stairs and ran into the hall

"Again? You are heading out suspiciously often, you know?" she said as she crossed her arms

"I have? I haven't really noticed" I shrugged and went out.

-time skip because I'm tired-

I arrived at Yaku's place and knocked on the door. Yaku opened the door and told me to get inside.

"Hey there, Yaku," I said and pecked him on the lips

He smiled at me.

"Let's sit down," I said as I led Yaku to the couch

We both sat down and he gave me a confused look

I decided just to get straight to the point.

"So, Yaku, I want you to tell me about your past," I said

"My past? It's nothing special Lev" he said as he shrugged.

"Nothing special? Then why are you avoiding the subject" I asked

"Avoiding the subject? What are you talking about Lev?" Yaku asked

"Well you clearly don't wanna talk about anything that involves your past or anything about yourself," I said

"I told you it isn't anything special, Why do you seem so interested?"

(the word "past" sounds so dramatic for some reason but I don't really know what other word to use so)

"Because I wanna get to know you better, Yaku. I want to know everything about you but you won't let me in, You know so much about me and I want to know a lot of things about you too" I told him
