Y/n POV 3rd person:
Y/n didn't go back to her PC despite Lili telling her that she spoke to Alex earlier today and he unblocked her on everything. She refused to do anything until she got a letter back. And if she didn't get a letter back then... well she didn't care. She wouldn't do anything until the day she died.
Which was a bit far-fetched but she was quite confident she would get a response. Perhaps it was a bit immature for someone who was almost an adult, but she didn't care anymore. Everyday she would check her mailbox even though she knew very well how long it would take for her to receive a letter from that distance.
Until the day came. When she reached into the mailbox and her hands grasped a paper that was a different color than the plain white of the envelopes her mother got for the electricity bills and work. Just like how Alex used to send them.
Walking barefoot out in her lawn after the fresh smell of rain, she saw Mr. Spore across the street with the sprinklers and it wasn't unlike a sonic boom at how much nostalgia had just hit. Except this time, he was smiling at her and waving. And she waved back.
She ran back inside and shut the door, her lips hurt from grinning so much. Going up to her room she opened the door and carefully opened it, the first thing she did was put it up against the wall, next to where his first letter was. It was almost comical how much his handwriting changed. It was a wonder how she could still read it. But paying that no mind she focused on reading the one he sent now.
She was a little surprised to see how short it was. Nevertheless, she continued to read it.
Dear Y/n,
Did you seriously think that I wouldn't still love you? You were practically the only thing I would think about. Eating mint chocolate chip isn't the same without you.
Also, come on. LumpyMeat420? What the hell is that? But thanks for being a mod, you were one of my best and I didn't even know. God, you really are my best EVERYTHING aren't you?
I should have known you'd be watching my twitch streams when the ASCII art came back in my chat. Which I still hate. Though knowing it comes from you makes it a bit better. You just can't stay away for me can you?
Y/n I didn't want to break you up, and I feel bad about that. But I suppose I can't make your decisions for you. And I'm really not complaining at all. Because I'm a Chad :)
I can picture you right now. You're reading this letter getting all sentimental but now you're rolling your eyes because of my Chad comment. Don't deny it hermosa, you know it's true, I know you too well.
So I think it's safe to say you're forgiven. But the real question is have you forgiven me?
And for old times sake,
Adios, (It's how you say goodbye in Spanish)
Alex
P.S. I need a merch design, do you have any ideas?
Y/n raised her eyebrows at the Chad comment and had in fact rolled her eyes. So when she read the next line she broke down laughing, missing his jokes so dearly. Not having the patience to send another letter she instantly went onto her computer and logged onto her account, (her original one, not Lumpy Meat) and typed in,
