Elladora knew she would never get over James's murder just like Remus knew he would never get over Sirius's betrayal.

Even though Remus was sceptical that Sirius would ever even think of betraying Elladora and James.

But, the evidence all pointed to him - and he admitted it.

However, by 18th September 1982, Elladora and Remus had gotten very much settled into their own little family.

Being the only two adults with three two year olds and three one year olds was tough, but they were making it work.

Mary had been killed three months prior in a muggle car accident.

A drunk driver.

So, once again, Elladora and Remus were left to grieve over a friend.

"Uncle Moony?" Harry asked in his little voice.

Remus looked up from his book, "Yes,Harry?"

"Why does mummy cry in her sleep?"

Remus frowned and gently lifted the boy up. "Your mummy just misses your daddy."

Harry nodded in understanding.

Castor and Aurora ran into the room dangerously.

"Rory, Cass - be careful!" Elladora scolded lightly as she walking in with the triplets waddling in front of her.

"Sorry, Auntie Ellie!" The twins chorused back.

Elladora hummed in approval and beamed at her son.

"Ellie, what time is Jeremy dropping Neville off?" Remus asked.

Elladora called back, "In half an hour."

"Neville's coming over?" Harry, Aurora and Castor all asked with huge smiles.

Elladora nodded, "Yes, remember play nice."

The trio nodded and ran up to Harry's room.

"Merlin, they're just like their fathers." Remus said with a sigh.

Elladora nodded in agreement, "Just as annoying too."

Remus snorted and gently lifted Myles up from the floor, playing him on his knee.

"Dadda?" Myles asked pointing at Remus.

This had happened a few times with the triplets.

Sometimes they assumed that Remus was their dad because he was the only adult male they interacted with.

Remus shook his head, "Uncle Moony, remember Myles?"

Myles nodded happily, "Uncle Mooy!"

Remus chuckled and nodded, "That's right, Myles."
