When you play with his hair he sometimes squirms from the feeling- but it's his favourite thing to do, he would have you lightly tug and twist and braid his hair all day if he could. (Buckys long hair is superior nobody can convince me otherwise)
Sam
When you are laying in bed together, you lightly tickle his face, neck and shoulders and it'll be the death of him, he tries (unsuccessfully) to not move so that you won't stop but sometimes he can't help it.
Zemo
He would never admit this. Never. But he loves when you tickle him. He's not super sensitive but when you attack his ribs he dies a little inside, pretending to be annoyed and taking the opportunity for r e v e n g e
Torres
Literally everywhere, plus he always try's to get revenge on you but fails miserably and ends up cry laughing on the floor.
Karli
She's not ticklish- but you are (evil smirk) and she takes advantage of that every. Single. Day.
Sarah
This isn't exactly ticklish but she gets shivers down her spine (in the best way possible) when you trace patterns over her skin, every inch of it but especially her back.
