• Take a break from others, they are most likely the reason why you're stressed💓Spend some time with yourself, you need it.
• Try to get your mind off of the situation and relax yourself.

• Do something you love and is relaxing to get your mind off of the situation. Like drawing, writing, reading, painting ect.
• Eat and drink something refreshing and healthy🍵
• Turn off your phone, rather if you know it or not.📲 Getting away from your phone could help with the stress.
• If you have to cry, then cry💦Sometimes we all need to let it out. Especially if we can't hold it in no more.
• Be positive
• Talk to someone that could help you, like a friend, family member, your partner. Maybe even your pet. Just vent and try to work it out. Don't overwork yourself.
