• drink at least eight cups of water a day🍶Two in the morning when you wake up and eat breakfast. Two with lunch and dinner. Then two more an hour or so before bed.

• Stay away from having coffee, soda, koolaid and anything carbonated or sugary🥤

• Have less caffeine☕ It's alright to have a cup of coffee in the morning but I would prefer to drink tea or water in the morning before coffee.

• There's ways you can make drinking water better such as diluting it🍓Maybe try adding fresh cut fruit to it or a squeeze of lemon. I'll have them listed in the next chapter.

• Add ice, sometimes water is just better with ice rather than right out of the fosset🧊Don't do this too often or everytime you drink water.

• Take water to school or work. You may need it and it'll make your day a bit better.

• Keep track of how much water you drink📈Make a chart or schedule to track down how much water you had that day.

• Get a cute waterbottle, find one that you like or get one with marking to make you confident. Now don't worry about it being aesthetic, if you like it and it's pretty. Then get it but don't go for anything expensive unless you have the money.
