With the New Year coming up, it's time to break out our resolutions and get going on our goals. I'm now going to share healthy habits to start.

• Drink 8 cups of water, your body needs water end order to survive and work properly. I suggest buying a water bottle to use throughout the day and carry around to places.

• Move around, you don't have start doing a full blown workout, but you walk, run, jog, yoga, and more. Moving is not only meant for weight loss, but muscles, get blood flowing, better mood, ect.

• Get outside, rather if to go play a sport, ride your bike or to walk, you can even read a book or have a picnic.

• Eat 3 solid meals or multiple small meals, your body needs proper nutrition.

• Sleep for 8 hours, your body needs sleep to do your usual activities.

• Journaling, this is great for memories, goals, brain dumping, venting, ect.

• Limit screen time, this improves mood, health, and gives you time to actually do stuff.

• Read a book for 15 minutes
