• write down your study appointments: study sessions, lectures, study groups, deadlines for essays and exams.

• write down your social appointment: working, sports, parties, days with family and friends.

• write down your days of relaxation, where you're off from work, studying, ect.

• write down days you go shopping: food, cleaning supplies, shower supplies, ect.

• plan a day out of the week with your significant other and a day for your best friend. Rather if its a few others or not, spend some time with them.

• write out a day for ordering out at a restaurant, this gives you a chance to try something new and/or get out of the house.

• plan a day where you go outside, rather if it's after studying or if it's with someone.

• make a day for cleaning, though I suggest cleaning something everyday to avoid build-up.

• make a day to care for yourself, have a spa, watch a movie, bake, shave, ect.
