    I created this for fun and it's not meant to be difficult or expensive. It's just things you could do for yourself, like exercise or buying new things. Also, you don't need to do this but if you want to take on the challenge, go for it.

Week #1🦋

Day 1:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal ( doesn't matter if it's on a loose leaf paper, just write down your thoughts and things you're grateful for. I do suggest buying a small journal.)

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes ( it could be running or walking. I suggest going on pinterest and looking at workouts from other people. )

• have a healthy lunch or dinner

Day 2:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• spend time with a friend or family member

• eat your favorite food

Day 3:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout 25 - 30 minutes

• take a relaxing bath ( put some essential oils or bath salts and play some relaxing music )

• spoil yourself with something nice ( clothes, jewelry, food, ect.)

Day 4:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout 25 - 30 minutes

• make a playlist of your favorite songs

• go to the park ( if nice out lol )

• do a face mask

Day 5:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• do a hair mask ( will create a page for DIY hair masks )

• eat something healthy

• paint your nails

Day 6:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout for 25 - 30 minutes

• spend time with your pet(s) ( if you have any )

• tell yourself you're beautiful :)

Day 7:

• drink 8 cups of water

• journal

• workout 25 - 30 minutes

• pamper yourself ( for getting through the week :) Just do whatever you want )
