• Set a sleeping schedule, get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I know, it'll be difficult at first but after a week or so of sticking to that sleep schedule. Your body will be tired around that designated time. For an example, I go to bed at 9:00 P.M. but I wake up at 5:30 A.M. to get ready for school. ⏰

• Have your room at a comfortable temperature, you wouldn't want to be too hot or too cold then it would be difficult to sleep. ⏲

• Wear warm or light clothes to bed, it's difficult to sleep in jeans or or tight clothes to bed. I suggest wearing pajamas or a t-shirt and shorts. Depending on the weather of course. 👕

• Drink warm water or warm tea. This should get you into the sleeping mood or calm your body. 🫖

• Stay off of your phone an hour before bed, staring at a screen right before bed can cause you to wake up tired and/or not sleep well. 📱🚫

• Take a warm/cool(Depending on the weather and temperature in your room) shower or bath before bed.🛁

• Don't eat too close to bedtime or right before bed, you'd either gain weight, have a stomach issue or you'd barely sleep and/or wake up tired. 🚫🌮

• Do light exercising before bed.🚶‍♀️

• Find something relaxing to do before bed like reading, journaling, meditating, ect. 📖
