"Hey! Can anyone hear me in there?" Shouted Peter as he was entering an old subway tunnel that is pitch black. As Peter kept on walking in, he heard a groan. "HANG ON!" Peter shouted as he picked up the pace. "Holy handbaskets!" Peter said as he saw a horrible sight right in front of him. Peter saw venom holding a man up in the air, it looked like for Peter that venom was draining the man's life from his body. "I need to stop this!" thought Peter as he couldn't watch this anymore. "Hey, ugly! Over here!" shouted Peter as he grabbed venom's arm releasing the man that venom was holding. The man fell onto the ground. Peter kicked venom in the chest making the distance between the man and venom wider. "Ehh. Ahh. you'd better get out of here, pal. He hates it when someone interrupts his dinner." said Peter to the man. "Uninvited you come, Parker! But welcome! Will you help us ease this hunger?" said venom. It sounded like to Peter that venom was excited to see him, maybe too excited. "Get out of here! Hurry!" shouted Peter at the man. "I'm goin! I'm goin!" shouted the man back at him as he was standing up to run away. Peter didn't have time to react as venom punched him in the face. "Oh how i hate this. Why couldn't it be the green goblin down here." thought Peter as he was quick to recover from the punch, he is ready to fight. "Well, here we go again. Me and my old friend venom back to what we do best, punching each other's lights out." Peter started to shoot webs at venom, but it did nothing. "HMMF!" Peter ground as venom grabbed his head with one of his tentacles. "Right, how could I forget. Venom doesn't alert my spider-sense." thought Peter as he managed to get free from venom's grasp. As they kept on fighting, Peter was starting to feel lonely and frustrated, he was also getting scared and angry. "Damn this psychic link between us!" thought Peter as all of these emotions started to come. After Peter separated himself from the symbiote there has been a psychic link between him and the symbiote. Sometimes he hears the symbiote's thoughts and sometimes he hears Eddie's thoughts. But when he and the symbiote are near each other, Peter feels what it feels. Peter kept on jumping and dodging from venom's attacks, but there were some little tendrils from venom that he couldn't evade so easily. Some of these tendrils managed to latch onto him, starting to crawl up his body. "Why. ohhh why couldn't it be gobby down here." thought Peter as he tried to rip the little tendrils of his body. Venom used this opportunity to surround itself around Peter. Peter was now completely trapped by venom, venom was starting to cover his body and it's face went right in front of Peter's face. "Why do you tremble, Parker?is it fear of anticipation?" said venom as it started to lick Peter's nose. "I'll take option C, Alex: withering alien food breath. Look, I know you're after my blood, and all. I just don't think i'm your type--ahh!" Peter shouted as venom started to tighten its grip around his body and he was starting to feel the power from the symbiote. Venom started to laugh. "Not just your blood, Parker! Your mind and flesh! Your SOUL!" "I already have a girlfriend and besides that suit makes your butt look enormous." Peter said as he shot a web at the ceiling to pull himself out of venom's grasp, he could feel himself giving into its influence. Venom could've easily held Peter longer, but it wanted to toy with him longer. "Consider your betrayal Parker! You made us into the creature that is venom! We reflect your mind! But we no longer endure it! We are torn by love and hatred for you! We trust and fear you!" said venom as Peter dropped from the ceiling to face it. "We are everything of this world and nothing! You brought us here! Why will you not grant us release!" shouted venom as it tried to grab Peter as he dodged. As Peter dodged venom's attack, a train came driving past them. Peter has no idea what venom is talking about, it's all nonsense to him. As they kept on fighting Peter noticed that something is different with venom, but he can not figure out what it is. They were now near the entrance of the subway tunnel. "The being that we were is gone! The change is complete! But we are incomplete because you have made it so we suffer for your sin!" "What on god's earth is he talking about?" thought Peter. "I never sinned against you, Eddie. It's all about you and the suit, dude. You two are like an old married couple." Venom slapped Peter outside of the subway tunnel because what he said offended it. "You do not understand, PARKER! There is no more Eddie!" said the symbiote as it started to slither towards Peter who was now laying on the ground. The symbiote tried once more to grab Peter, but he managed to roll out of the way. "Why do you resist us, Parker? You are not our enemy!" "Ehh. i'd say your natural enemy is soap." said Peter as he kept on dodging the symbiote's attempts trying to get a hold on him. "Oop!" said Peter as a train was coming straight at him. Peter and the symbiote dodged the train by jumping onto the ceiling. The symbiote was behind Peter on the ceiling. Peter shot a web at the back of the train to get out of the subway tunnel because he felt the symbiote attaching itself onto him. As Peter went out of the subway tunnel some of the tendrils from the symbiote tried to pull him back into the subway tunnel. Peter landed on a metal pillar, as he looked behind himself he saw the symbiote crawling after him. "Parker! Wait! Hssk! Understand the offer we are making! Shouted the symbiote as it was chasing Peter. The symbiote is losing its strength because it isn't bonded to a host. "Gotta catch me first, slowpoke. You look like you're out of shape. HA! Out of shape. Geddit? I cracked a funny!" shouted Peter as he jumped away from the symbiote. But the symbiote managed to grab it and it threw him head first into a pillar made of stone. "Hssk! Always your loathsome voice in our mind! Hssk! Always that incessant clamor! Hssk! That piteous cry for our attention! HOW WILL IT STOP!" shouted the symbiote as it pulled Peter from the piller to bond to him. The symbiote was pulling Peter into its chest. "This odious planet it chaters like blood bursting from an artery! Hssk! And above it all! Always you and your unwelcome noise in our mind!" said the symbiote as its head was circling around Peter's head. "It drains our essence from us!" "Yeah? Well, when you come into our neck of the woods, alien boy! There's two things you don't mess with." said Peter as he placed his legs on the pillar to push him backwards. As Peter pushed, he managed to push the symbiote down, he got free from its grip once more. "Number one, my sense of humor." Peter said as he shot a web to pull him away from the symbiote that was on the ground. "And number two, the 7:15 to battery park. Behind you, by the way." "Wretch! Did you think--!" said the symbiote as it looked behind itself, it saw a train coming straight at it. The train ran the symbiote over. "Ouch." Peter said as he found it funny seeing the symbiote being run over. Peter jumped behind the train to see where the symbiote was. "Think that this will hurt us?" said the symbiote as it formed itself from being run over, it was ready to keep on fighting. "Yeah, kinda. Maybe the next train will do the trick." "Why fight, Parker! Listen to our offer!" said the symbiote as it crawled off the train tracks. "Then... what is this offer you have for me?" Peter asked. He was getting tired from fighting too much, the symbiote maybe does not have a host, but it still hits like a truck. And there's nothing around that he can use against its weaknesses. "We are not your enemy, Parker! We don't want Eddie! We never did! We want you! We only wanted you! Hssk! This planet hurts us! We are never safe where we go! But with you, we feel protected! The pain, the suffering, the hunger! All of it will cease to exist if you accept us! We can save both of us!" said the symbiote as it sounded now scared to Peter. "We know you're tired! We know everything about you! Hssk! Let us help you!" "You really are strange, you know that." "We don't want to fight you! We want to be you! We hunger for you!" said the symbiote as some of its tendrils were sneaking up on Peter. "What, don't love Eddie anymore? Well that sucks, I thought you were so perfect for each other." "You jest, Peter! We never loved Eddie! We want more! We want to go home!" said the symbiote as the tendrils attached them self to Peter from behind him. The tendrils grabbed onto Peter's legs and made him fall down on the ground, then they started to pull him towards the symbiote. "We are not whole! We are lonely! We are the same! Hssk! We need each other! You only deserve us and we only deserve you!" said the symbiote as it started to attach itself to Peter's body. Peter tried to fight, but it was hard for him to fight against a giant alien goop that was falling onto him. "Stop fighting! You deserve us! You deserve our power! You deserve our love!" said the symbiote as it was covering Peter. As the symbiote got a hold on Peter's body, it started to pull itself and Peter beneath its giant black mass back into the subway tunnel. "Parker!" heard Peter in his mind as he kept on fighting. "We have waited for you for a long time! We belong here!" Peter was feeling the power flow through him from the symbiote, it was taking over. "Don't fight it! Embrace it! Embrace us!" said the symbiote as it was shrinking, it was becoming Peter's skin. Peter felt himself losing this fight, he felt how the symbiote was changing his morals. "We feel you giving into us! We will be together, forever!" said the symbiote as it started to destroy his spiderman suit. Peter's way of thinking is being altered by the symbiote, he has given in to the symbiote. He is it's, and it is his. "Yes! We always knew this would eventually happen! We were your responsibility! It was your responsibility to make sure that we would never destroy someone else's life! But we have taken that responsibility away from you! We have taken every responsibility from you! You're free! We are one!" said the symbiote in their mind. Peter's body was becoming venom's, he now has claws for hands, and the white spider symbol has appeared around his torso. "We are no longer spiderman! We have killed that wretch!" said the symbiote as it started to change Peter's head. Peter feels how the hold that the symbiote has around his body is strong, he wonders if they can be separated. Then he felt the power, he felt how the symbiote had saved him from his boring life. "Yes, Parker! We are no longer alone! We are finally home!" Peter heard the symbiote say in their mind. "YES! WE ARE VENOM!"

shouted venom their new name. As venom shouted their new name, their mouth opened up revealing their new teeth and their serpent-like tongue. The new venom wasn't as big as the old venom, but the new venom was stronger. "Now rest." said the symbiote as it made it's other fall asleep and took over their body. The symbiote did this so it can fully change Peter to their liking, it doesn't want to lose him again. "WE ARE FINALLY ONE! WE HAVE KILLED SPIDERMAN! FINALLY! WE NEED TO PAY A VISIT TO OUR DEAR FRIEND, EDDIE!" Shouted venom as they started to swing where Eddie was hiding. "Our hunger is satisfied!" Though the symbiote to itself, it can not be more happy.
