"So many choices." said bullseye. "Bullseye, venom, stay back." said radioactive man as he was ready to attack the Thor training dummy. "The thunder god is mine!" "whatever, Chen. go crazy. But one guy at a time just doesn't do it for me. Not while I'm playing with a full deck of these t-bolts cards." said bullseye as he threw three cards at three training dummies. "With bullseye, that's probably the only full deck he's ever--" "Songbird! Wait!" said radioactive man stopping her from insulting bullseye. Meanwhile venom was going in, Gargan was destroying almost every training dummy. "Wasn't the point of this exercise to only go after unlicensed heroes?" asked radioactive man. "Radioactive man! Bullseye! Stop him before he destroys all of our training dummies." "Easy, Mel. My boy venom on a roll." said bullseye as he was enjoying watching venom tearing every training dummy to shreds.

"The exercise is terminated, Ms. Gold." said a soldier as he opened the door to the training room "We've received the call from director Osborn. Saddle ip. We're going to New York." said the soldier. "What's in New York?" asked songbird. "Heh! What do ya think?!" said Gargan as he was eating the spiderman training dummy. The symbiote hated this, it was like time itself was changed, it had no idea what's going on. Before everything changed, everyone knew who Spiderman was. But somehow everyone has forgotten who spiderman is, even its host, Gargan. But not it, it will never forget its first love. But how strange this is, how everyone has forgotten, it can't tell anyone who spiderman is. Not even Gargan, the man it's bonded to. When it tries to tell Gargan, it's like something is blocking it from saying Peter's name. When it tries to say Peter's name to someone, it's like some unknown identity is hurting it. And to make things worse, it's stuck with Gargan. It was desperate to bond to a host, Eddie had left it, just like how Peter left it. It will never forgive Peter. When it was looking for someone to bond, it found Gargan. At that time it felt like a good plan, to bond to him. It thought that Gargan hated Peter as much as it did, but that was not the answer. Gargan only hated spiderman, not Peter. When it told Gargan who spiderman was, he didn't care. It's hard to share a mind with someone that doesn't hate that fiend that ruined their lives as much as it does. Gargan only wants to use its power to gain more power or steal money. He doesn't want to get revenge on Peter like Eddie did. And as Gargan doesn't hate Spiderman as much as Eddie did, they are weaker. It knows it can leave him whenever it wants, but if it does that where will it go. Eddie does'nt want it anymore, their only love hates it more than anything. It's trapped and scared. So it's only option is to be with Gargan, be a hero hunter with the thunderbolts, for now.
It is hard for Peter to get used to this new reality that Mephisto made for him. He and Mephisto made a deal with each other, the deal was that everyone would forget who he was. Forget that he is spiderman. Before he made the deal with that demon, everyone in the world knew that he was spiderman. Soon after that his identity was known around the world, MJ and aunt May were killed by the people that hated him. Then Mephisto came to him and told him that he can revert reality for him. After reality was reversed by Mephisto, Doctor Strange came to him and told him that he knew what had happened. Strange told him that he had made that so no one can say who spiderman is, the only way to know who spiderman is is that they need to see him take off his mask and see his face. But Strange also said there were some souls that still knew who he was. It has been a week since everything changed, Peter soon figured out that MJ and his aunt still knew that he is spiderman. "Did I do the right thing?" asked Peter himself as he was walking towards Feast, where his aunt May worked. Peter was going to Feast because May asked him if he could come and help around the place. He of course agreed to come and help, he needed a little break from being spiderman. Peter entered Feast, as he entered he saw that the place was crowded. He looked around the place trying to see May or Martin Lee, the founder of Feast. "Peter. You came." said May as she greeted Peter by hugging him. Peter was too focused by trying to find her, she managed to sneak up on him. "Of course I came, May. what can i do to help?" "Ohh, Peter. I feel quite stupid by saying this, but we have everything under control." "Are you sure?" asked Peter as he noticed Li helping someone in the background. "Peter. It isn't that we need more hands around here, is that Eddie's back." "Eddie!" thought Peter. He was surprised that Li allowed him to come back after what he did. Eddie assaulted a man that didn't want the food that he was serving, he almost killed him. "Why is he here! Li has to know who he is! What he has done!" "Li believes that everyone can atone for their sins, he said to me he was not gonna give up on Eddie. After the incident, Li has spent much time with Eddie. He even hired a doctor to help him. And to my surprise, Eddie has improved himself, he isn't as angry as he used to be, he has accepted that he can be a good man." said May as she was checking if someone was listening. "I know you despise the man, and I know you blame yourself for what happened to him. But he has changed. That's why I think it's a bad idea that you stay here, nobody knows what will happen if he sees the man that he blames for everything bad that has happened to him in his life." Peter completely understands May point, but he wants to speak with Eddie. He wants to know if he remembers who he is. "May, where's Eddie?" asked Peter. "Did you not hear what i just said?" "I heard, but this is personal. I need to know something." "you're lucky that he is washing the dishes, I think he's alone." "This will be quick." said Peter as he started walking towards the kitchen. May didn't say anything. She watched Peter for a moment walk through the crowd of people, then she started to pay her attention to the people that needed help. Peter was almost at the door, when Li noticed him. "Peter." He shouted over to Peter. "How has it been? Is everything okay?" said Li as he grabbed Peter's right hand and shook it. "Everything is fine, Lee. thanks for asking." "That's good to hear." said Li as he let go of Peter's hand. "I saw you were talking to May near the entrance, may I ask what you were talking about?" "Ohh, it's nothing important." "It's that so? It seemed to me that when you two were done speaking to each other, you started to rush towards the kitchen. That's a staff only place, and you do not work here. I'm sorry Parker, I know you're family, but I can't allow you to go there." said Lee. "He really does care about his people, huh? Why can't more people be like you, Lee." though Peter. He has mentioned your name many times when we were together. If it's only to see Eddie, you may go. But when you two are done catching up with each other, you leave. Got it." said Li as he sounded serious. "Got it. And Lee, thank you." said Peter as he walked away. "What is he hiding?" though Peter as he turned around to look at Li who was still watching him. Peter entered the kitchen, there were many workers cooking food in here. "Where can i find Eddie?" asked Peter, one of the workers. "Eddie, he's in the back washing dishes." said the worker as he pointed at the direction Peter should go. Peter walked towards the back of the kitchen, there was no one here except Eddie that was washing dishes. Eddie had an black bandana over his bald head, he has cancer. There was a tower of dirty dishes beside Eddie that needed to be cleaned. "Eddie." "Not now, can't you see i am busy." said Eddie not looking who was talking to him. "Eddie, it's Peter Parker." Eddie dropped the dish he was cleaning into the sink. "Peter? Why are you here?" Peter saw no sign of hatred in his eyes or no sign of disgust. "May told me that you needed someone to talk to. She asked me if i could go and check on you." lied Peter. "We are not friends. Nonetheless, I'm thankful that you came." "Are you still mad about how I treated you when you worked for the bugle?" asked Peter hoping that he has also forgotten that he is spiderman. "Yes, uhhh, no. To be blunt, I was not angry at you. I was angry at spiderman!" "Yes." thought Peter. "How that so-called hero pushed me around like I was a toy! You know, he broke my left hand when I tried to take a picture up close." said Eddie as he was now angry. "I remember that." thought Peter. He was under the influence of the symbiote when he attacked Eddie. "But that is in the past. Li has teached me to move on with my life, to stop being so angry with everybody. But that demon! I see that demon everywhere I look! Do you how it feels when you can't see your own face!" shouted Eddie at Peter. "Calm down, Eddie. Please." said Peter as he wanted to get more information out of Eddie. He couldn't do that if Eddie started to freak out. "Who or what is that demon you speak of?" asked Peter. Peter of course knew what demon Eddie was talking about. "Venom! Everytime i look at my reflection I see it's face. I have forgotten how my own face looks. I- i- i just can't do this anymore." Eddie started to cry in front of Peter. "I can't leave him like this." thought Peter. "Hey, it's alright. It's over." said Peter as he placed his hands on Eddie's shoulders. To Peter's surprise, Eddie hugged him. "Who would've thought I would end up hugging Eddie Brock." thought Peter. "I think that's enough." said Peter as he pushed Eddie from him. "I'm sorry. Is just so much is happening right now in my life." "I understand, so is there some way i can help?" asked Peter. "Yes. there is one thing." said Eddie as he looked over at the tower of dirty dishes. "Ohhh." was the only thing Peter could say. It took Peter and Eddie almost four hours to clean every dish. As they were almost done, a hundred more dirty dishes came in. it's was a never ending loop of dirty dishes. As Peter and Eddie cleaned, they spoke to make time go by faster. They spoke of spiderman, they made fun of Jameson, and they spoke little about venom. What Peter found most interesting was what Eddie said, was when he saw his reflection, he saw venom. When he had the symbiote it was like that for him too, but he didn't see venom, he saw his black spiderman suit. When he wasn't wearing the symbiote and saw his reflection, he saw his black spiderman suit looking back at him.
