Andy didn't know how to feel. Miguel was finally hers. She had her chance. After a year of misery and heartbreak, she finally had the one she always wanted. It was overwhelming really.

Andy stayed at the hospital for a long time. Most of it was spent curled into Miguel's side, the two wanting to be as close as possible. Both even took a nap together for a half hour or so.

When six rolled around, Andy told Miguel she was going to grab his phone from his mother and grab food for the two.

"Hey wait." She hummed and turned around before she was grabbed and brought down into a kiss. Andy froze for a moment before leaning into it, kissing back. "I missed doing that."

Andy laughed against his lips before pulling away with one last peck, leaving and going to the cafeteria. She couldn't help the overwhelming happiness inside her. Nobody was in her way. Not Sam, not Tory, not Hawk, not Lucas, it was finally their turn to be happy.

When Andy got back to the room, the doctor actually ended up giving her a sticky note that said she could go back whenever she wanted. Andy put it in her phone case for later use.

"Is your dad home?" Miguel asked, the two talking about what they missed while Miguel was out, while cuddling.

"Uh..." Andy paused, playing with his hand. "I don't know. I was only home one night."

"But you've been back to school for three?"

"I uh, I've been staying with the LaRusso's actually."

Miguel was quiet for a few moments, unsure what to do say. Last he knew Andy hated Sam and Daniel.

"The LaRusso's?"

"Yeah. Me and Sam both kind of had a freak out moment on our first day back to school. I swear if it wasn't for her I would of had a giant breakdown right then and there. After that we kind of hung out for the whole day. When she realized my dad was M.I.A she basically forced me to go home with her and stay." Andy waited for some sort of reaction. "They're all actually really nice."

"Yeah, they are." Miguel nodded. "I'm glad you're somewhere safe."

"Yeah me too. I'm glad you're safe." She breathed out, burying her face into his chest. "I love you."

"I love you more."

That started a 20 minute argument of who loved the other more.

Almost a week passed with no change. Miguel still couldn't walk and Andy visited everyday for hours. Sam still let her stay at the LaRusso's luckily, so Andy wasn't alone 24/7.

Telling Sam that the two were together was a lot easier than she thought it would be. Sam was happy for her, knowing what happened the first two times. But Andy still felt a little awkward about it.

Miguel had surgery on Friday, from an out of state miracle doctor. Andy didn't fully trust it, but anything to get him walking again. So she supported him. She even went and got a new job as a waitress at the burger joint her and Robby loved to go to, to raise money for it

"Don't, seriously. This isn't your problem." Miguel had told her when she told him she got a job.

"You're telling me if the roles were reversed you wouldn't get a job and just sit there?" He shut up after that.

Andy was watching TV with Miguel that night when a figure walked in. Andy glanced over and saw Sam. The girl had been talking about visiting Miguel all week, but never had the confidence.

"Hey." She muttered, looking at the two.

"Hey." Miguel answered in a slightly shocked tone. Andy smiled at the girl.
