Mystic Eyes (魔眼, Magan) grant the power to interfere with the outer world. They are the result of mutations within the Magic Circuits related to the optic nerves, either done artifically or naturally 

Mystic Eyes usually work like single-action spells and are activated through the use of Mana. The proof of a first-class Magus since it grants great power while being easy to conceal

The process of obtaining a Mystic Eye can be, and has been artifically replicated by certain families within the Clock Tower-- the results of which often time lead to blindness

However, should the procedure succeed, the type of eyes granted are still limited. Only Mystic Eyes of the Binding, Charm and Whisper types can be produced like this

On the other hand, while inborn Mystic Eyes are rare, there are known cases of it happening within individuals, typically those who are born with a twisted core

They are said to be powerful enough to intervene in destiny itself

Shadows flickered across the street in pursuit of the roaring vehicle. Three Servants and two Masters on opposing sides threw another attack at each other, causing the ground to rupture underneath them

The chase had just begun

"Come forth, my beautiful Uglies!"

The panicked Casters conjured up monsters from his spellbooks to slow down the fake Saint. The Eldritch abomination were quickly incinerated as a pillar of hellfire erupted under them, but it was enough time for him to summon another wave that blocked the advancing sea of flame

The distance between them increased, much to their pursuer's ire 

"You think you can escape that easily?! After what you've done to us?!" 

Jeanne D'Arc roared in fury. In the Saint's eyes burn a golden shade of hatred befitting of her class. Mana currents materialized in the form of wisps of flame in her hand as she flicked them forward

"This is for ambushing us, you bastard!" 

The road underneath them shook violently. Dark fire erupted from the cervix between the cracks on the ground- An inferno hellbent on destroying everything in its path head toward the fleeing vehicle, barely evaded by her maneuver

With practiced ease, Saber's invisible blade sliced apart Avenger's magic-fueled flame, scattering across the air like embers in the wind. 

Another slash broke through the four walls of fire encroaching upon them as she swerve to avoid the barrage of fireballs scrashing down their location

The escape is going as planned. Gilles de Rais react in denial just like Kiritsugu said. Avenger is playing her part well as an agressor, and so is her Master in the role of the hunter 

In the grand scheme, they are at an advantage. The other two have both revealed their true name under the circumstance they wre forced under

Clad in Invisible Air, Excalibur descended and cut through the swarm of fire surrounding her. The bike she rode on skid along the ground hazardously before stabilizing itself

Using Mana burst, Saber thrust it forward to clear through the wall of flame before her. A single burst of wind exploded forward, suppressing everything around it and leaving space for the bike to run through
