sung Kyung: Hyo seop-ah doesn't worry. you'll get over it (says while tears coming into her eyes) trust me, your life will be much better this way! ok (says while faking a smile)
Paul: NO IT won't BE; I CANNOT IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT YOU! and you know that!
sung Kyung: Yes, yes it will be. you'll be much more relaxed and it will be better. I PROMISE.
(she leaves the room crying and then passes out)
Paul: OH MY GOD!! SUNG KYUNG-AH
They go rushing to the hospital in the ambulance. Paul is freaking out and holding his tears to stay strong for her, he has no idea what is going to happen and is almost scarred for life, but during this whole time, he held her hand and didn't let go of it.
The doctor talked to them telling them the reason why she passed out...
Paul: DOCTOR WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?!
Doctor: Hi I'm doctor Hwang, are you her guardian?
Paul: Yes
Doctor: The reason why she fainted is that her body is overworked and she has so much stress that caused her to have a syncope. she is also short on vitamins and needs to be hospitalized for 3 days. she is also a few kilos underweight.
The doctor was right she has been overworking and not eating properly and skipping meals for weeks. Seems like all the paparazzi and media pressure has really affected her. She hadn't been taking care of herself and just working none stop.
he felt guiltier than ever pressuring her to stay with him while not knowing any of this. it wasn't like it was his fault but he still felt a heavy gallon of emotions burdening him and he couldn't stand it.
