Oh my god, where is HE... UH, I MEAN WHICH HOSPITAL?! she said while panicking and not knowing what to do.

She was driving to the hospital, thinking about so many things hoping things will get better, but she just had this terrible feeling, not feeling but GUILT that she brought him to this point. She had butterflies in her stomach and felt sooo anxious and nervous, it was like the anxiety was overtaking her but she had to pay attention because she didn't want to get into a car crash on her way there.
HI KIM SA BU WHERE IS HE??!! she said while shaking

Kim sa bu: hey hey hey don't cry come to my office someone brings her some water please I'll-
Sung Kyung: NO I DONT NEED WATER I NEED TO SEE HIM (hyperventilating)
Kim sa bu: sung Kyung-ah come I'll tell you everything.
they go to his office and sit down to explain everything. She's very restless and is holding her tears back. she can't sit down and starts walking back and forth breathing heavily and asking questions. He calms her down, well at least a little and tells her that he's in surgery and then they'll take him to the intensive care unit.
he comes out of surgery. the surgery went well but it was a tough one, he's now in the intensive care unit, the doctor explains everything and tells her that he might not wake up for a while because they used strong anesthesia on him. while he sleeps sung Kyung sits by him and waits until he wakes up.
nurse: miss lee would you like to sleep you've been up all night.
sung Kyung: no I'm ok ill wait until he wakes up.
She talked to him while he sleeps.
sung Kyung: I'm so sorry, this is all my fault, I'm so sorry that I put you under all that pressure, I gave you such a hard time, believe me, I wasn't selfish when I did this, I was the most selfless that I had ever been. believe me, I went through the same heartaches as you went through. but please paul wake up...
she holds his hand and puts her head on his stomach and cries.
"I love you," she says then rubs his forehead and kisses him.
9 hours pass
sung Kyung fell asleep about 3 hours ago while holding his hand. he wakes up he feels a lot of pain but then sees someone holding his hand, he looks to see who it is, he sees the ring that he bought for sung Kyung before the breakup on her hand and realizes that sung Kyung came to her and feels so happy he can't even explain. soon after sung Kyung wakes up.
