Paul: Sung Kyung? is that you?
Sung Kyung: OH MY GOD! YOU'RE AWAKE! (then she hugs him tightly)
Paul: you came to see me?
Sung Kyung: of course I came to see you! you almost died!
Paul: who told you?
sung Kyung: Mr. Byun but that doesn't matter I'm so glad you're ok you got me so worried
paul: I'm sorry
sung Kyung: no don't be
Then the two started having conversations and talking about life and what happened and why it happened, basically caught up on life.
After sung Kyung left the hospital and drove back to Seoul. she Imidietly called the hospital again to check upon him. They said he was ok so she finally settled and threw herself on the couch like she hadn't slept in 10 years. because of all the damage that has been done to hyo seop, he has to stay in the hospital for a while.
months past and he was still in the hospital recovering and doing physical therapy. so sung Kyung continued with modeling and kept the series on hold until he got better. during that time, sung Kyung needed a companion and was going through a tough time with stress, fatigue, and depression. Joo Hyuk was there for her during that time and helped her get through it without paul, don't get me wrong sung Kyung still loved paul and was only hanging out with Joo Hyuk as a friend because she was alone.
another Sunday came and as usual sung Kyung went to visit Paul in the hospital, while she was getting ready to go and see him her car broke down so she had no choice but to go with joo hyuk. she called him and asked him for a ride but told him to wait outside while she goes to see him.
sung Kyung: hey I'm here, sorry I'm late my car broke down so I had to get a ride.
paul: no it's ok don't worry about it
sung Kyung: so, how's the physio going?
Paul: it's going good it's kind of painful but I'm doing well, I just have to stay here for another week.
sung Kyung: Great! so I guess that's good right?
paul: ya (a moment of silence) hey I wanted to talk to you about somethi-
sung Kyung: it's ok... we don't have to talk about that now
paul: if we don't now then when do we?
sung Kyung: when you get better not now!
paul: why do you do this every time! (takes a look at the window and sees Joo hyuk)
you're with HIM!!
sung Kyung: WHAT! NO IM NOT
Paul: Then what is he DOING HERE?!
sung Kyung: wait a minute I thought you liked him
paul: NO HES YOUR EX
Sung Kyung: AND SO ARE YOU! WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE SUCH A CHILD ABOUT THIS HE'S A FRIEND!
paul: YOUR EX CANT BE YOUR FRIEND
sung Kyung: THEN I SUPPOSE YOU CANT BE MY FRIEND EITHER
paul: what is he DOING HERE ANYWAYS? so what now you guys are DATING NOW?
sung Kyung: I TOLD YOU MY CAR BROKE DOWN AND I NEEDED A RIDE PLUS ITS NOT ONLY ABOUT THE FACT THAT I NEED A RIDE I NEED A COMPANION PAUL OK? SINCE YOU'VE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL I HAVE BEEN SOO ALONE THAT I AM STRESSED AND DEPRESSED AND ALONE AND ANXIOUS AND I'M JUST SICK OF THIS OK? I NEEDED A HUMAN INTERACTION. do you have any IDEA ABOUT ALL THE SHIT I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS? YOU DON'T DO YOU CUZ YOU ONLY THINK ABOUT YOUR LOVE LIFE AND YOUR HAPPINESS. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW GUILTY!!! I HAVE FELT ABOUT SEEING YOU AT THE HOSPITAL, THINKING THAT ITS MY FAULT AND DYING ON THE INSIDE! you don't do you now?
Paul was just looking at her and thinking about everything she said and he said and started to feel bad
Sung Kyung: I'm asking you a question DO YOU?
Paul was silenced and had nothing to say
sung Kyung: right, that's what I thought. Now I'm gonna leave before I suffocate even more.
