Shigaraki went to McDonald's that day craving chicken nuggets. This was commonplace for him; he had spent many late nights sitting in this very McDonald's chewing on McNuggets and contemplating the meaning of life.
He didn't expect to fall in love with a chicken nugget.
But then, no one ever does.
As he regarded the crispy golden coating of his McNugget, he thought, you're almost too beautiful to eat...
This was when the McNugget grew to the size of a human and grew arms, legs, and a face. It would have been an incredibly traumatizing experience to anyone other then Shiggy, who found himself even more attracted to the nameless McNugget.
"Wanna smash?"
Our McNugget of ambiguous gender said yes.
So that's how Shigaraki ended up making love to a humanoid chicken nugget in the McDonald's bathroom.
