Let's say Sapnap is the God of the Nether, each God has to choose their 'chosen one'. The chosen one has to fit all the characteristics of the Nether. If the chosen one is not treated fairly by the God then the chosen one will continue their life without being the chosen one.
Now let's get to the point. Tommy was very chaotic and mischievous, so that made him the perfect option as the chosen one. Sapnap had already chosen Tommy, but he didn't know how to explain it him. One day Sapnap goes to visit Tommy in exile. Hoping he could explain it to him. Which he did. *Insert Fluff*
