The Pokémon island docs, peaceful for now but the people there get the shock of their lives for what they see
A huge pod of blue whales come right up to the docs with everyone getting our. As the music builds up, the whales open their massive mouths. When the music crescendos, they reveal animals coming out of their mouths!

Then the ferries came to the docs, with more animals coming as they all climb off to their new home. Latias Steven and his friends were on one of these boats as they climb out to their true place. All the residents are astounded by their unexpected visitors as they were amazed at even the mammoths coming

Since here was a place where man and nature lived in harmony, then It'd only make sense that the entire crater would move here for their new home, so that they could live in peace with man like they did the Pokémon. Everyone knew this to be a fact as well and made sure the newcomers were treated with the same respect as the Pokémon that lived here. Steven and latias soared above the city they landed at and saw opportunity for their animal human alliance here
Steven: at last, my dream will finally come true
