It then out her to mind about her origin, when she was created in a lab herself. Only to be an improved copy of mew. Then victor veloci bought her for his experiments, to test her strength against Steven, who's as just genetically mutated and had ONLY primal instincts on the mind. It left her thinking all humans were nothing but power hungry monsters. But when Steven broke loose when she was being tested on to tests her resilience, her thoughts on mankind were put upside down. Steven broke her free and attacked victor. It detoured the lab. Mewtwo got out of the wreckage and found Steven. She did what she could to change him back to his proper shape, but all she could do was give him his child body and amnesia. She told him his name and his condition, and fled to pets unknown
