Coles pov.

My wolf growled ,"MATE!" As soon as those words left my mouth everyone stopped dead in their tracks and looked at us and when I looked at her reaction I noticed her eye got wide and her jaw dropped and she had tears in her eyes and when I tell you the pain I feel to see her look at me like that like she was disappointed and disgusted by me and I couldn't handle that so I stopped looking at her and looked at

my shoes as tears started to pool in my eyes and before they could spill I said "may I be excused " as I said that my voice cracked a little so now they know I was on the verge of tears great.

and before they could say anything I ran and shifted into my wolf and started to run into the forest as i was running I could feel the tears fall down my face as I thought of the look of disgust on her face

I then ran to an old looking tree where a spare set of clothes were as I stepped behind the tree and put on a pair of black shorts and a black under shirt and stepped out from behind the tree and on to the doc and sat down and looked up at the sky

"why moon goddess why do you make me suffer first my mother then my father then my pack and my title as beta now my mate"I said as more tears roll down my face and as much as I tried I couldn't stop crying after a few minutes I started to sobe loudly and after a while I fell asleep

Melody's pov before she met cole

As Jasper Andrew and I was about to cross into the blood moon pack my wolf Artemis started to get Anxious and said" mate is in this pack I can feel it" I then said to her "he better be because this pack is the last pack in America that I haven't look at so if he isn't here I'd have to go to a different country" my wolf then said" he's here trust me" she then cut the link

We've finally made it to the blood moon pack we all shift back into our human forms my beta handed me a short baby blue dress as we were walking we found what looked to be a training field so we went to go see if anyone was there so they could take us to the pack house

We got to the middle of the field when we were approached by a group of people they all looked to be my age I was broken out of my thoughts when a handsome boy started to talk to me and ask who I am I replied "I am alpha Melody Jacobs of the crescent

moon pack this is Jasper my beta and this is Andrew my 3rd in command" the boys then waved at them I then said" now who are you " a very good looking guy was about to speak when the handsome boy cut him off and said"I'm Nicolas beta of the blood moon pack and this is Jaden he is the 3rd in command and this is Samantha she is my sister and Jaden's mate and lastly this is Cole he is the omega of this pack

Then Samantha Jaden and Cole all waved at us

Nicolas then said "I'm sorry but the alpha isn't with us right now but if you would like to follow us back up to the pack house "

I then say "that sounds good we'll follow you" we all then start to make our way to their pack house

As we are walking to the pack house I decide to start a conversation with the omega Cole I go and tape him on the shoulder as I did he turned his head to look at me and his eyes went wide and he just stared at me for a few seconds then I said "take a picture it will last longer" then giggled at him but when I saw he turned deep red I full on laughed

And all of a sudden he stopped dead in his tracks and started to sniff the Air and so did I and when I sniffed the air I smelled cedar and pine my favorite smells in the world they remind me of home and as soon as I smelt it my knees almost buckled from how

amazing it smelled my eyes snapped to look at Cole but his gorgeous blue eyes were now yellow which could only mean one thing his wolf was out I was once again ripped out of my thoughts

When I heard a loud growl I thought Nicolas did it a first but It came from Cole it didn't sound like an omega growl but what Coles wolf said shocked me he growled "MATE"

When he said that my eyes started to water I looked at him then I noticed a big bruise on him and I got disgusted and disappointed in this pack for abusing their Omega I was on the verge of tears

I feel so bad for him but when I saw him also on the verge of tears my hart broke he then looked at his feet and said" may I be excused" but his voice cracked and he sounded so hurt like his heart was smashed but before anyone could say anything he was

Gone he shifted into his gorgeous charcoal grey wolf he didn't have an omega wolf he had a beta wolf but before I could look at him more he ran into the forest my wolf was devastated she wants her mate but he ran from us but I think he might have misunderstood me I think he thought I was disgusted and disappointed in him but I wasn't

How could anyone be disgusted by him he seems so sweet and shy and funny "and not to mention hot as hell " my wolf was literally Drooling then I responded "calm yourself you're d drooling" I start to laugh then my wolf replied with"shut up" she pouted at me which caused me to laugh harder I was broken out of my thoughts yet again when I heard Nicolas say"Melody were here" he then opened the door for us as I walked in I was greeted by alpha Jason

"Hello melody how've you been cousin" and I replied"I'm good how've you been Jason it's been a while" then he said"I've been great actually I found my mate her name is Emma and she's amazing" he gushed then I said "me to actually I just met him but I lost him he ran I was hoping you could show me too my room?"

Then he said"sure follow me and I only have two rules one do not go in the attic and try to be nice to Emma because if your anything like you were when I last saw you I don't need to have a dead mate because you couldn't control your temper" we both started to laugh "well this is your stop I'll see you tomorrow goodnight m"

"Goodnight j" I started to smile to myself and shut my door and locked it
