Another Taxi Driver's Story.
This story was also published in the webpage. It was the blogger's uncle told the story. Let's call him Lito ( not his real name)
He's been in the business for a decade as taxi driver. Through the years he encountered so many passengers but there's two passenger he cannot forget. One of them was an old couple.
When he drop off his passenger near Balete Drive, he decided to took a short cut from Balete Drive to E.Rodriguez. While on the road, he saw a couple of an old man and woman. At first sight, he assumed these couple were wealthy so why they're on the waiting shed during rainy day of 4 pm.
He stopped in front of the couple then he opened the window and asked them for a ride. He told them " Sakay na po kayo, ang lakas na po ng ulan".
Without a word, they enter inside the taxi. He tried to entertain the couple but they refused to talk. Minutes after, they reached the balete drive, the taxi was stop in front of the huge old house. They he told them, " ma'am, sir nandito na po tayo."
But when he turn around to look at them. He got shocked because the couple was vanished. He confused because the doors of the taxi was still closed and there's no other way to get them out from the taxi so fast that he couldn't notice.
He went out on the taxi and ask the security guard from the neighbor's house if there's an old couple lived in the huge old house. The security guard told him, " wala ng nakatira dyan kasi nung isang gabi nilooban yan ng mga mgnanakaw at napatay yung mag-asawang matanda".
After he heard it, he felt goosebumps, he went back to the taxi and got away from that creepy place.
