I'm waiting outside the school, on the same spot when I usually wait Raven. He texted me that he will fetch me. Kaya tinanggihan ko ng ayain ako ni June na sumabay sa kaniya.

Our finals are done and I already have the results. I also got high scores than my scores when I was still in senior high. Tinulungan kasi ako ni Raven na mag-review.

I buy a yogurt and wait inside the store. May upuan dito, malapit sa glass wall. I usually wait Raven here especially kung matatagalan siya.

"April?"

Lumingon ako sa tumawag sa pangalan ko.

"Dave, hi," I smile.

He smile at me. He's not alone. There's a girl beside him. Tumingin ako ng maiigi sa babae. Siya 'yong palaging kasama ni Dave. Maputi ang kaniyang at singkit din ang mata dahil siguro Japanese siya. Medyo maldita ang mukha ngunit parang mahinhin at mahiyaan. Maybe it's her brows that made looks like that.

"Hindi ka pa sinusundo?" Lumapit silang dalawa sa akin.

"Paparating na. I'll be waiting him here."

He nodded. "Sige mauna na kami."

I nodded.

Naubos ko nalang ang yogurt ngunit hindi parin dumating si Raven. It's very unusual because I usually wait for him for only about few minutes. Ang pinakamatagal ay ten minutes.

I get my phone and see if he texted me. Ngunit wala. It's just texts from the other days. Binasa ko ang palitan namin ng texts.

Raven:
Did you already eat?

Me:
Yep. How about you?

Raven:
Who's with you?

Me:
My girl friends. Ikaw? Kumain ka na?

Raven:
Yes.

He's not a person who likes texting based on his replies. Hindi pa naman siya ganun ka tanda. He's just 23, turning twenty four. Maybe he's just busy?

Mayroon namang siyang social media accounts. Just Facebook and Instagram. Ang kadalasang post niya ay mga pagkain lang, but he have lots of followers.

I continue scrolling and reading our texts.

Raven:
Why aren't you replying? You don't have a class at this hour. Busy?

I can feel the authority even it's just a text.

Me:
I'm reading a book. I didn't notice. Naka-silent ang phone ko. Nasa library ako.

Raven:
Okay. I'll fetch you pagkauwian niyo.

Medyo madilim na sa labas. Hindi ko na kita ang araw. Ang kulay pula at orange ay naghalo na sa langit at ang dilim ay nagsimula ng lumukob sa liwanag. I buy another snacks and waited Raven's text. Ngunit wala pa rin.

"Ma'am April?"

Lumingon ako sa nagsalita. "Ma'am, ikaw nga po. Pinapasundo ka po ni sir Raven."

It's one of their drivers. Bumagsak ang balikat ko dahil sa sinabi niya. I waited here for long minutes and didn't receive a text message from him pagkatapos ay hindi niya pala ako masusundo. I slowly stand up and walk. He guided me to the car. Tahimik akong pumasok sa loob.

Simula ng nag-contine ang klase ngayong taon ay palaging si Raven kumuha sa akin. Siya rin ang palaging naghahatid. Maybe he's just busy today? Or he have a surprise for me since he knows that today is the day that I will know the results of my finals. It was posted in the school official website and in our school system.
