The user can alter and manipulate matter around themselves, they can change their molecular structure even. İt does work on their body but does not work on other living beings.
Side effects: None
Drawbacks: The user gets dizzy at first, then small personality changes start to occur.
This quirk will enter a growth spurt in the future and you will understand the title and the book cover by then.
(Note that Izuku is literally Genderfluid, so they will change genders throughout the story,)
