"Kanae!"

Y/n ran towards the girl that took care of her after she had lost her parents and brother.

"Hey Y/n! What are you doing here?" Kanae smiled at her as she tilted her up.

"I wanted to make music with you again! Can we do that please??"

Kanae laughed as she saw how hard Y/n was trying to put up an adorable face.

"Sure! Just give me a minute and I'll be right there!"

"Alright!" Y/n was gone again as she ran into the estate where she stayed at.

A sigh escaped Kanae's mouth as she remembered how her younger sister didn't agree with taking Y/n in.

"Why are we taking her in when we can send her to a foster family? It isn't that hard to find someone who can take care of her. Besides, we're both busy doing our job and now we also have to take care of a child?" Was Shinobu's argument as she didn't fully agree on taking care of the 6 year old.

"I hope you'll understand why I choose to take care of her Shinobu-chan..."

Kanae's thoughts were interrupted by a yell from the estate.

"Kanae! I forgot where the room is! Can you help me please?" The lost girl yelled from one of the many windows.

Kanae chuckled as she heard the girl's question.

"Sure, I'll head inside right now. Make sure to stay where you are!" Kanae said as she walked inside the estate to find the little girl.

"Guys! We've a problem!" Kirishima came bursting through one of the doors of the ground floor as he showed footage of giant demons surrounding the plantation.

"Those are demons..." Barbara said, covering her mouth in shock.

"It's like a whole invasion..." Cislo added as he was trying to count the amount of demons who were coming towards them.

"We need to evacuate everyone quickly!" Aizawa yelled as he saw the footage.

"Every demon slayer! Gather around and prepare for a battle!" Muichiro also yelled as he was worried that his sister might get killed if they weren't fast enough to stop or slow the demons down.

"Alright! Everyone else, follow me!" Smee, one of William Minerva's allies, or James Ratri's friend, yelled as he was pointed towards one of the secret passageways.

All the children, adults, and people who were held prison were evacuated along with the unconscious staff members who were knocked out by the heroes.

Leaving only the demon slayers, Muichiro, Sabito (who was also found alongside Makomo) and Makomo.

"Listen you bunch of idiots, we're going to win this fucking battle for everyone! We won't back down until they're all fucking dead and until my sister and her friends are safe. Understood?" Muichiro was dead serious as he was assigned to lead the mission.

"Yes! We won't disappoint them!" They exclaimed as they held their swords, ready to fight the demons.
