(Y/N)'s PoV

After the battle we helped the wounded and the people of the town, we made sure everyone was safe and sound. We helped in any way we could... giving the people food and water.... medical attention.... Blankets.... Anything they needed

This war really hurt everyone. We have to clean up everything but the Queen said we would deal with it later, that as for today we should rest... and for most of the part people did but others were celebrating the victory

I stayed with the princesses celebrating for a while till I decided to go to my room. They all decided to stay here in Bright Moon for a couple of days just in case the Horde got into their head that it was a good advice to come back, which I highly think is not possible, not after the knock out we gave them

I was really dirty, covered in dust and dirt and dry blood but thankfully it wasn't much, especially after Queen Angela healed all my wounds, including the ones I got in the Horde after Shad...

I decided to shower when I got back to my room. The nice warm canela-smelling bath feeling more like heaven that an actual bath. I'm not sure but I definitely was there for at least an hour, duzz off for some minutes and all

After reluctantly getting out of my bathroom, I change into some leggings and a sweater, all the comfortable clothes to sleep in but as I was about to lay on me bed I realized I haven't seen Adora since we helped the people of the town. She wasn't with us celebrating

"Adora? Adora are you here?" I ask concerned, walking inside her room but nobody answered. Not that she uses this room that much anyways, she always stays in my room or in Glim's. I go to Glim's room and slowly open the door. I see Glimmer and Bow sleeping in each other arms on the multiple pillows she has on the floor near the window

But Adora is not there

'Where could she be?'

I continue my search but everywhere I look there is no sign of her. I go to the kitchen... the gardens.... The ball room... portrait hall...

'nothing...nada...nichts...rien'

I walk pass the training room and hear someone grunt and the sound of the sand bag being hit

'Could she be here? At this hour... After we literally just fought a battle?'

I slowly open the door and see her punching the sand bag hardly

I walk in but stay where I was. She keeps punching with all her strength and I could see I hint of desperation and anger in her punches as well as in her grunts everytime she hit. She looks exhausted and very beating up, she looks haunted. I see scratch marks on her back, the same scratches Catra did to me back when we where at Salineas

'that doesn't look good.... how could Catra do that?... I though they were...'

'she is going to hurt her hands without protection'

"Adora stop! You are hurting yourself" I plead worryingly, running to her. She turns around, eyes wide in surprise and just now I can see them glassy and holding back tears, so I stop, the last thing I want is to make it worst

I made last steps closer to her, reaching out me hand slowly and gently taking hers, turning them so I could see her knuckles, which were bloody and bruised.
