The Right Time

Park Sunghoon's POV

Seeing Sunoo, he looks like he has really moved on, and I am happy to be with him all the way

Tomorrow is his mom's wedding with Beomsoo, so we all decided to go to shop for the outfits we can wear.

Good thing it is already our vacation, I get to spend more time with him. We often have our hangouts in his condo since none of us in the friend group wanted to go out.

Right now, we are at the mall to pick out our suits for the wedding. Sunoo's mom was kind enough to invite the others as well.

"Yah Sunoo hyung, why not go for the white one?" Jungwon suggested to Sunoo

"Yah, it does look nice" Sunoo's eyes sparkled as he looked at the mannequin wearing what Jungwon pointed at

"Do you want it? I think it'll look good on you" I interrupted them

"You guys can pick, I'll be helping Jay out" Jungwon awkwardly laughed, not wanting to be the third wheel so he exited the scene

Once everyone has picked their suits, I went for the black one while Sunoo got the white one. We all got our sizes and was told that it'll just be delivered to our houses within the day

"Let's go for ice cream!" Riki said cheerfully

"You thought of it, you must treat us!" Jake jokingly said

"Yeah, sure hyung" Riki took it seriously, bringing his wallet out

I guess it isn't a joke anymore. Who wouldn't like free ice cream?

We all happily ate our ice cream, completely forgetting all the worries we have.

I looked at Sunoo who is enjoying his mint chocolate flavored ice cream. I swear, he is the happiest when he eats!

"What?" Sunoo looked at me with a pout.

Oh god, why does he have to be so cute?

I laughed at his expression as I stared at his lips.

"You have something on your mouth" I laughed at him and wiped it with my thumb

Without thinking, I licked my thumb, receiving a shocked reaction from Sunoo

"I don't get why the others hate it...Mint choco actually tastes good" I smirked at Sunoo

Oh gosh, even when he blushes is so cute!

"Yah, both of you, get a room!" Jay scolded us jokingly

"Oh? Go with Jungwon then!" I reacted immediately, which they all laughed at

"Damn, uno reverse card real quick" Heeseung laughed at us

Right, we have never stopped teasing Jungwon and Jay for a while. None of us has a clue on what's with the both of them. Ever since Jungwon admitted that he liked Jay, no one between them has said a word to us.

The next day came. The wedding will be held in Seoul so it was just quite convenient for us.

We decided to take Jake's car going to the venue.

Right now, I am here in Sunoo's condo, waiting for Jake to pick us up.

"Look at you, you look amazing!"  I complimented Sunoo as soon as he finished changing.

His light makeup was done so well too! I didn't know this man had some skills in it.

He decided to put his hair down while he helped me slick my hair up.

"Thanks" he blushes lightly

"You look really good today as well" he said back as I gave him a small smile and adjusted my coat

Jake arrived just in time when we finished preparing.

We are finally seeing his mom again.

Kim Sunoo's POV

The setting looked so great, there are literally flowers everywhere.

The others teased me saying it matched my suit, which it really did as it was white too

When the bells rang, a woman in white walked. I agreed to walk my mom in the aisle.

I looked at her. She looked really beautiful.

"Thank you, son" she whispered

I gave her a genuine smile. No, but I am very happy for her right now. There is no other emotion in me that's anything but happiness for my mom.

As she finally met with Beomsoo at the end of the aisle, I went back to my seat, meeting with Sunghoon.

"It looks beautiful" I whispered to Sunghoon, pertaining to the flowers that's surrounding the place

"Yeah, I know, so beautiful" He commented, his eyes not leaving me

I looked down, already shy at what he is doing

The wedding ended successfully, and everyone who attended is now eating on their designated seats.

It's surprising how they were able to organize this event, I actually didn't know they were planning on a wedding. I just hope this will last, now that Beomsoo is now officially part of my life.

Me and Sunghoon decided to walk outside, at the garden near the venue. It was quiet and windy. The others didn't want to come with us since they were hungry and didn't want to be a third wheel.

We both sat on the bench, not speaking a word to each other. Something suddenly clicked.

Is this the right time? Can this be it?

I'm ready.

"Yes" I lowly said, which his head immediately whipped, turning to me

"What, yes?" he asked, he's probably confused.

"I guess I can finally say we are on the same page now, neither of us ahead of each other" I told him, hoping he will get what I said

"Are you telling me..." He paused for a second, processing my words

"Are you officially mine now?" He excited asked, his energy skyrocketing at this point

I gave him a wide, wide smile, nodding

"Fuck! Oh my gosh" He tried to contain his excitement since he unconsciously stood up from the bench

He sat back and gave me a tight hug

"Please take good care of me" I hugged him back, laughing at his reaction. He is totally holding back right now

"C-Can I kiss you?" He asked, already restless

I found it cute how he asked for consent, so without warning, I initiated the kiss, colliding my lips with his. His soft lips on mine...it felt like a dream

I felt his body relax as I held on his shoulders. He then deepened the kiss, holding onto me tighter.

We both released a deep breath after we let go of each other.

"I'll treasure you like no other" He looked at me in the eyes and went in for a hug

God, if this is a dream, please never wake me up.
