the classroom was abuzz with the excited chatter of students as they eagerly awaited the arrival of their teacher. barbara, the efficient and responsible class representative, took charge, ensuring everything was well-organized for the day.
meanwhile, scaramouche and childe were playfully bickering, their good-natured rivalry entertaining the rest of the class. hu tao, with her mischievous grin, was already whispering conspiratorially with some friends, planning her next prank.
amidst the animated atmosphere, kazuha sat quietly at his desk, immersed in a book of traditional haiku. his calm and composed demeanor contrasted with the liveliness around him.
he appreciated the stillness of the moment and found solace in the poetry, but his eyes occasionally wandered to the commotion, intrigued by the interactions between his classmates.
the classroom door glided open, and their teacher entered with a stack of papers in her hand. the students settled down as she made her way gracefully to her desk, her presence commanding respect and attention.
"good morning, everyone," the teacher greeted warmly. "i have an important announcement to make. we have a school trip planned for three days and two nights, and we'll be incorporating a special project during the trip."
the mention of the school trip sparked excitement among the students, including some curious glances from (name).
she wondered about the nature of the project and tried to suppress her disinterest in the trip itself, having always preferred the comfort of her own company over group activities.

as soon as (name) heard her partner's name being announced, her heart sank, and she couldn't help but let out a frustrated sigh that escaped like a soft, exasperated breath.
memories of the past incident flooded back, and she found herself reliving that moment when kazuha had intentionally snatched the happy meal from her hands, leaving her feeling both frustrated and annoyed.
"find your partners and gather around. our class representative will distribute the necessary project papers." the teacher instructed.
as the students moved to their partners, kazuha approached (name) with a polite smile. he had admired her quiet determination in the classroom, making him curious about getting to know her better.
although he understood she might be hesitant about the pairing, he remained hopeful they could find common ground.
"hello, (name)," kazuha greeted her with a respectful bow. "shall we try to make this project as smooth as possible?"

kazuha handed over one of the papers, still hopeful that they could find common ground despite her initial reluctance.
"there are various aspects to cover. let's do our best, (name)." he encouraged with a friendly tone, trying to reassure her.
(name) took the paper and gave him a small smile, appreciating his positive attitude. she was determined to make the best of the situation, even if she wasn't entirely convinced they would work well together.
"i'm looking forward to it, kazuha." she responded, deciding to give the partnership a chance.
