Short Chapter - A Week Later

You were in the Potions Classroom with Severus helping him sort out his potion bottles but it was very quiet, you's weren't angry with each other or anything it's just that you both had a bad day and were incredibly stressed.

"Y/n"., "yeah Sev?"., he crashed his lips against yours and pushed you back into shelves., you instantly moaned into the kiss and put your hands on his chest., "I need you, Sev"., you moaned out he smirked and leaned down a little bit, picking you up.

He returned his lips to yours, capturing them in a sweet and tender kiss., a knock at the door interrupted them., they pulled away from the kiss and he sighed in annoyance., "we're always getting interrupted, aren't we, love?"., you nodded, sighed and he put you down.

"Come in"., he bellowed out., the door opened and it was Talon, for the first time Severus was excited to see him., "hello, Talon"., "hello, Severus"., "I was wondering if you would like to go ring shopping for Brina now?"., "yeah, of course"., you stood on your tippy toes and pecked his cheek.

"Bye, Sev. I'll see you soon"., he kissed your forehead and smiled., "I'll see you soon, love"., as they started walking out of the classroom Talon looked back at Severus and smiled while he gave Severus a thumbs up to which Severus just nodded.

They got to the most elegant jewellery shop in Diagon Alley - Madam Gullveig's Sunkissed Jewelry Store., as soon as they walked into the store the middle aged store owner started hurrying over to see him, Talon knows this lady, she is very good friends with his mom.

"Alex, my dear! Hello!"., "hello, Mrs Gullveig, how are you and Mr Gullveig"., she hugged him and smiled., "we're good, we're good, he wishes you very well"., she turned to you and smiled., "hello dear. What's your name?"., "hello, ma'am. I'm Y/n L/n".,

"It is a pleasure to meet you. So what can I do for the both of you today?"., I want to by a ring for Brina"., she smiled and put her hands on her heart., "you're buying her a gift, how sweet of you"., "no to propose to her"., she looked at him confused.

She was there along with his family when Talon proposed to Sabrina. Nevertheless she wasn't going to say anything in case something was going on, she didn't want to spoil anything.

"Okay follow me, i'll show you the most beautiful rings we have"., as they started heading over to the rings you started walking around looking at other engagement rings with hopeful eyes., as you looked at the rings Talon started explaining the situation and why you were there with him.

Once he did he realised you've been spending a lot of time, looking at a particular ring so he walked over and put his hand on your shoulder., "what about this one for Brina, it's absolutely beautiful"., it was a ruby and marquise diamond., "I think she would absolutely love it"., he patted your shoulder, smiled and walked back over to Mrs Gullveig talking to her about something.

About an hour or so later of looking around and chatting you still were absolutely in love with that ring and were telling the both of them how much you love it. It was time for them to get back to Hogwarts so the three of you said your goodbyes to each other and you's arrived back at Hogwarts about ten minutes later.

You walked into Severus' room, expecting him to be there, but he wasn't., you saw Beau in his cage so you smiled and picked him up., "hi Beau, where's daddy?"., he meowed at you and you put him down and started walking over to the cupboard to get his food.

"Mrs Gullveig already knows who you are, I gave her your description and she put the ring aside for you to buy"., Severus shook Talon's hand., "thankyou, Alex"., "you're welcome". Severus was incredibly nervous to even buy the ring, he knew himself he wasn't really the one to fall in love with someone but he is absolutely head over heels and wants to spend the rest of his life with you.

There was nothing he hated about you, he loves absolutely everything about you., he definitely wants to wants to have a family with you, he himself has been thinking about adoption, he's never thought of himself as a father and never in a million years he thought he would have a chance to have an opportunity to do so but it is something he definitely has and wants to discuss with you.
