I had to do something.

Why had I built some type of relationship with Sarah in the first place? I mean, she promised that I would be able to get with Erin - and I did - but I had no idea she would be this annoying. I should've went with another plan, fuck.

We were all squished together in the back of the truck, and I can tell Erin wasn't enjoying this at all. Her arms were crossed, and I could practically feel the hard glare of her eyes every time stupid Sarah tried to pull something on me.

But what could I do? I had everything planned out so perfectly. And of course, it'd be ruined.

"Harry... Is this what we're going to do for the rest of the night?" Erin leaned over to whisper. I couldn't help the urge of wanting to kiss that pout off from her face.

"I," I felt so bad. I know she was really excited about this, earlier. Maybe we could get out of here, and do something else? "Hold on, I have a plan."

Erin shifted in her seat, a frown visible on her face. I began to get up, trying to think of where we can possibly go to make this date better.

"Where are you going?" Sarah whispered at me, grabbing a handful of popcorn at the same time.

"Shhh," I shushed her, pointing at the laptop screen. The trick was to leave without them noticing. "Watch the movie."

"Harry." Erin was growing hella inpatient, and I immediately took her hand in mine, jumping off the ledge of the truck. I fell on my knees, but luckily, we were on grass so it didn't hurt.

"Come here," I demanded with a smile, holding my arms out. She had an uneasy facial expression, but ultimately obliged. "Woah, I didn't fall." I teased as I helped her to the ground. She rolled her big, brown eyes, and I almost rolled on to the floor. She was gorgeous.

"Where are we going? I have class in like an hour."

"Don't worry, I'll get you back in time." I smiled, swinging our hands back and forth as we walked. I was planning on taking her to a big tree I was seeing in the distance. We could just sit and talk.

"I swear if you don't," she tried threatening me. Too bad I just thought it was cute. "I'll be upset because it's not every day you get to see God for free."

"What?" I laughed, what was she talking about?

"Mr. Malik, you know."

"Mr. Malik?" I suddenly remembered the handsome man who is sadly her english professor. "That bastard."

"He's nice," she giggled. "Don't worry, jesus, you're so jealous."

"Jealous?" I put a hand out, stretching my neck out a bit. "Never."

Erin continued to laugh, shaking her head.

"Sorry about the date, Erin."

"It's okay." Her lips were in a straight line, and I could see how she was in fact, not fine.

"I had no idea they would come, you know that right?" I stopped walking to put my finger on her chin, and direct her face up at me.

"Obviously," she avoided my eye contact, but lightly chuckled. "You're not that stupid."

"Good," I let out a sigh in relief, and began walking with her again. "I get that Sarah wants to ruin my relationship with you for some reason, but what's up with Louis?"

"I don't know." She groaned, but I felt like she did know something.

I continued to walk with her, finally reaching the tree. I took off my flannel, lying it flat on the grass for her to sit. She gladly sat without a complaint, and immediately melted into my arms.

"That was exausting." I felt the vibration of her giggle on my chest; I pulled her closer to me, kissing the side of her head. I was so lucky to have her in my life.

"Erin, I really like you." I know I've mentioned this so many times before, but at this moment, I needed to tell her again.

"I know, Harry," She looked up at me, scanning my face up and down. "I like you too."

I smiled; I couldn't respond any other way. I smile a lot when I'm with her.

"Have we had our first kiss?" She asked, rather boldly.

"Not really," I laughed at how she was perfectly normal talking about our kiss as if it was a task. "we only had a few pecks."

She just nodded, slowly directing her eyes up to the sky.

"Erin."

As soon as she brought her eyes back down, I used my hands to catch her jaw; I gently grabbed onto her strong structure, and directed her head toward me.

Shit, I was being so fucking romantic.

I slowly leaned in towards her, nervous at how my lips would be touching hers in a more passionate way than usual.

While my lips lingered above hers for a bit, she went ahead and made the first move. I couldn't help but smile at her eagerness.

Her lips fit perfectly into mine, and it moved so softly. This was more than a make out; it was something that had meaning.

Her tongue wiggled its way into my mouth, and I enjoyed how it was massaging mine.

Damn, she was a great kisser.

"My favorite thing to do now." I mumbled against her lips, and I loved how I could feel them mold into a smile.

"That was horrible." She joked, taking her hands off my shoulder, and pulling back completely.

"Really?" I played along, a smirk forming on my mouth. "I think your little tongue enjoyed it."

"Shut up, Harry." She groaned, but I could see the light blush blotched on her cheeks. She was so cute.

I brought her back into my arms, but this time a bit more roughly, and decided to give her a headlock.

"Harry!" She struggled in between my arms and armpits, but I found so much joy in this. I began to... giggle.

"You're so cute!" I continued, rubbing her hair. It was all messed up now, but this was the only way to play off my nervousness.

I eventually let her go, and brought her back into my arms - romantically more than roughly - enjoying her warmth.

"I need to go to class."

"I know... let's just stay like this a bit longer."

"Okay." I looked down to see her cheeks raising, indicating a smile. I liked that I could make her happy just as she did to me.

I just hope it would be like this in the future, no more bullshit.
