Though Pavel primarily speaks English, on the rare occasion he speaks in Russian, his voice is much deeper, and much more husky. Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out what he says. But in many ways, it can also be quite charming.
Though he rarely speaks Russian since moving to Los Santos, as he found that not many people speak the language. And it resulted in him learning English a little better than before.
