Im writing a new book i going to publish in stores in the future should i publish it on here first?

                          
Its about a girl with lung cancer her parents are divorced she lives with her mum and new stepdad and her twin brother Alexander, and they move back with there dad and his wife and two kids and then she falls for the cold mayor and stuff, should i publish it in almost finished with chapter one but i have a preface and everything so far the book is 1333 words but im not done yet with the chapter so?
