in the next 30 minutes, i'll throw
you in the shower myself

"so, ashton," the woman pauses and smiles. ashton wants to slap it off because no one should be this happy to hear about someone's problems. "what made you decide to start therapy?"

my boyfriends.

"um, my friends." ashton replies.

"you had no intention yourself?" she asks.

of course i fucking didn't.

"no, not really." ashton says, moving around on his spot on the couch.

after leaving luke's apartment, ashton felt lost. he felt regret for speaking to luke the way he did, and the way he did to his boyfriends. he felt angry for not being able to control his anger. he thought he was doing so well. ashton really thought he had gotten better.

after long thought and discussion, ashton decided to schedule a therapy appointment. he was terrified out of his mind when he made the announcement to calum and michael. they had always offered the idea of therapy to him, but ashton always brushed it off. he thought therapy was only for the ones who truly needed it for good. ashton thought his anger issues were just a silly emotion and he could learn to control it himself.
