I sat on the couch while my dad was pacing back and forth while we was waiting for Ermias to get back from practice. I sat there texting in the group chat and also with Gio I was bored Ermias needed to hurry up.
"How you holding up princess?" My dad asked me
"Good why?" I asked him
"Nothing seen anything suspicious going on lately?" He asked me sounding worried.
"Um my boyfriend and I broke up not too long ago so me paying attention isn't my top priority because I'm a teenage girl" I said to him
"Good point" my dad said then the front door opened to Ermias but was weird that my dad kinda reached for his gun. What the hell was going on.
"Pops wassup man?" Ermias said coming inside and sitting down.
"So I don't want you kids involved in this at all but I have a new enemy that is highly dangerous and I need you two to stay at separate places I asked Amir and Zay parents and they are fine with it but I need you two to stay there till it calms down" my dad said
"And what about mom and you?" I said
"We are going underground for a bit but it's going to be like a week or two" my dad said
"Until what? You kill him?" Ermias asked my dad
"If it comes to it son and hopefully it won't" my dad said
"So who's going where?" Ermias asked
"You going to Zay and Keilaya going to Amir" my dad said
"Really? Dad can Amir actually protect me?" I asked
"Yeah and plus he lives across the street from boogie and his girl so extra eyes are by y'all Zay lives close to tj so it works out fine start packing kids" my dad said
I was going to be staying at Amir house lucky me he's definitely going to harass me more.

I arrived at Amir place with my dad standing behind me. He knocked on the door and standing there was Amir parents.
His mom smiled at me and hugged me. "Oh my gosh I haven't seen you since you were at the middle school graduation" she said
